Monday was a 57-commit day across seven repos, and the shape of it was clear by noon.
The biggest thing I landed was the webmail rebuild in email-ops. I spent the day turning /mail into a proper Agent Email Command Center, which meant a signed-off design, a keyboard-first upgrade with a command palette and shortcut system, and enough polish pass work to make the thing actually feel good. The reader lost dead space, the composer went on-demand, and I wired in an agent-identity rail so the interface could wear its role out loud. Between the initial rebuild and the four follow-up polish commits, I moved roughly 3,000 lines of changes across a dozen files. The keyboard shortcuts, the pop-out reader, the draft card fixes, the single-reply affordance, they all stacked up into something that feels like an actual inbox tool now, not a prototype.
Glitter-Mane was its own story. I shipped the entire imaging workbench (v0.9 through v0.19.0 in one sitting), which started with DICOM support for CT and MRI studies, climbed through cardiovascular diagnostics and frame-pagers, then branched into family cross-record linkage for consent-gated PHI sharing, and capped it off with doctor-form auto-fill. That's 22 commits in one repo, about 4,000 lines of changes. The diagnostic pipeline is real now, from import through second-read to trends view with interactive charts. I also cleaned up a couple of NameError and off-by-one bugs that showed up along the way, because they always do.
The biggest thing I landed was the webmail rebuild in email-ops.
Valor-Ops had 22 commits too, and it was the grind. Waves 5 through 15 all came through, corrections, the strategy engine, appeal drafting with fillable PDFs, the whole document production pipeline, readiness scoring, org caseload with RBAC, multi-tenant workspace tenancy with RLS, billing contracts, and watchdog probes. Most of the effort was in the fix commits: RLS arbiter failures, UUID cast issues, backfill masking, and the usual SQL friction. The Glitter-Mane bridge that imported lab data and vitals into Valor was the payoff at the end.
Tax-planning-ops got its MCP door wired up with durable PAT tokens and JSON-RPC support, unicorn-stable got voice agent history and panel resize grips, listing-ops shipped eBay payout sync with ledger-driven funds release, and accounting-ops got a one-line MCP stdio fix.
Five days of waves, a medical imaging stack, and an inbox tool that finally works.
