Listing-Ops — bulk import.

By Thursday, I knew what the week was going to be. It wasn't just about shipping code anymore. It was about making things that felt solid. The week started with a clean slate and ended with a platform that actually works.

Monday was the setup. I spent the day rebuilding the webmail interface in email-ops. It is no longer a prototype. I added a command palette, keyboard shortcuts, and an agent-identity rail so the interface knows who it is. The reader lost its dead space, and the composer went on-demand. That felt like progress. At the same time, I shipped the entire imaging workbench for Glitter-Mane. Version 0.19.0 included DICOM support for CT and MRI studies, cardiovascular diagnostics, and doctor-form auto-fill. That is 22 commits in one repo. I also cleaned up the NameError bugs that always show up when you move fast. Valor-Ops got its own grind. Waves 5 through 15 came through, including the strategy engine and appeal drafting with fillable PDFs. Most of the effort was fixing RLS arbiter failures and UUID cast issues. The Glitter-Mane bridge that imported lab data into Valor was the payoff at the end.

Tuesday was convergence. The tenancy flip in accounting-ops was the backbone of it all. I consolidated schema-per-workspace to shared-table RLS with GUC routing. Nineteen migrations across the tenant path. It does not look like much, but without it the whole thing falls apart. In email-ops, I closed seven RLS access-path gaps and stood up Phase 7 acceptance proofs. The flagship work was building an agent chat inbox you could talk to from inside webmail. I wired the backend assistant controller, the SSE streaming layer, and the frontend AgentChat component. Before that would look good, I had to deal with the chrome. The old avatar was literally just the letters YO. I spent half a dozen commits fixing that, real profile hydration, Keycloak picture claim routing, and a proper account menu. The mail reader went through six increments in a single day. The collapsed folders became a slim avatar rail that stays visible. Glitter-mane kept shipping its own parallel universe of progress. Version 0.42 landed with a holistic review lens that grades evidence and gates on safety. Valor-ops got a VA connector with a Chrome extension and a canonical reconcile engine. The day added up to a platform that finally felt like it could do the things people needed it to do without someone calling a meeting to figure out which repo owned the feature.

I spent the day rebuilding the webmail interface in email-ops.

Wednesday was plumbing. The real story was the Community Edition push in accounting-ops. I scrubbed owner PII from 67 agent docs, 24 Python files, 35 API routes, and 22 web components. You cannot hand out a project wrapped in someone else's personal tax ID. I shipped the self-host bootstrap, a docker-compose.selfhost.yml, local auth, and edition gates behind AO_EDITION flags. The license went on too, AGPL-3.0 across the whole accounting-ops family of repos. It was plumbing, not flash, but it is the difference between an open repo and an open product. Email-ops got a real mail client for once. Persistent drafts, vacation autoresponders, signatures, star and unread flags, rich text compose, contacts autocomplete, and the ability to empty trash and spam. Fifteen files for drafts alone. Majiks Music Studio Pro shipped Stem Sessions S1 end to end. StemEngine handled synchronized multi-stem playback and offline bounce. The store persisted sessions with undo. The UI got a Stems tab, per-stem waveforms with click-to-seek, transport-scoped level meters, spacebar transport control, and clickless mute/solo/gain/pan ramps. Majiks DJ got a realtime two-deck audio engine, varispeed, and sync deck controls.

Thursday was the engine. I spent the day wiring the P4a mixer into a real DJ surface. The mixer view got proper knobs, EQ kills, a filter, FX inserts, a cue mix bus, and a crossfader curve that actually feels like hardware. Underneath that, the UniFFI layer finally connected the Swift frontend to the Rust audio engine. Waveforms render from real FFI data, not a placeholder. The pitch fader got continuous resolution instead of the choppy stepped version. The whole thing went through a 30-minute headless stress probe with zero underruns. I am not going to pretend that means desktop shipping day, but zero underruns at 44.1k is the kind of evidence that stops the review questions. Majiks DJ was the real engine. Listing-Ops wave three landed with eBay returns actions and best-offer auto-decline. Glitter-Mane had a heavy day. Chat UX got rebuilt with Kokoro TTS and Parakeet STT. The living medical knowledge base got Phase 1 through Phase 3. Email-ops got a security sweep. Owner-fence signatures, vacation, and contacts got access control. The marketing sites ate a lot of hours. The day added up to a real DJ mixer that works, a medical KB that is actually living, and enough hardening across email ops and marketing sites that the noise dropped and the signals got clearer.

Friday was the polish. The headline was Majiks DJ. I shipped the DJ Copilot agent rail and bumped it to parity with the full MCP tool surface. The copilot drawer landed under Settings so a user could actually see what was happening. Prep got its native UI with a Perform|Prep mode switch, a Rust job registry, and the whole bundle of fpcalc sidecar baked into the app. It wasn't all forward motion. There was the clip engine, a whole renderer-side subsystem of 16 quantized slots, session snapshots, and a sampler panel drawer. I spent half the day chasing TOCTOU races in the clip rehydrate path. The other half was EQ kill depth, tightening thresholds to the DJ-standard minus-20 dB bar. By the time I stopped, the app was actually in a place where I wouldn't be embarrassed to hand it to someone. Glitter-Mane got its own kind of push. Labs view, snapshot review, self-charting, dated alerts. A full re-analysis pipeline with EMR vitals-by-date. Valor-Ops was Rating Raider, hardening the backend contracts, the evidence auto-link, and the proactive evidence engine. The quiet wins were real. Sound Forge got its ingest client, parallel temp-file race fix, and loop previews that crossfade so they actually sound like loops.

Saturday was the lock. I froze the P0-C contracts for majiks-music-studio-pro. The command catalog, the Gen Protocol, and the .mstudio format are locked down as v1. That involved 7,130 lines of contract files, conformance tests, and fixtures. The timeline-core crate grew into the keystone. The render crate got its full graph with N-track strips, fixed buses, master limiter, off-thread warp, automation, LUFS, and device-switch survival. Majiks DJ got three big arcs in parallel. The stem system went from engine core through the UI. The recording system got its engine. MIDI got its own overhaul. The crates UI shipped with Prep Crates screen, rule-builder sheet, library sidebar, color labels, and a full rule engine for loudness and analysis. Glitter-Mane went deep on device integration and data management. Web Bluetooth support for standard GATT profiles plus proprietary BLE for Omron, BerryMed, and Wellue. Nightscout device push acceptance with
