Tuesday was the kind of day where everything feels like it's converging at once. Thirteen repos, a hundred and twenty-five commits, and the common thread was making the platform feel like a real product instead of a collection of prototypes.

The tenancy flip in accounting-ops was the backbone of it all. Consolidating schema-per-workspace to shared-table RLS with GUC routing is the kind of structural work that doesn't make anyone cheer, but without it the whole thing falls apart. Nineteen migrations across the tenant path, a consolidation script, verification tooling, and the whole book schema reshaped. In email-ops I spent the parallel hours closing the seven RLS access-path gaps and standing up the Phase 7 acceptance proofs. Twelve files in the backend, three spec files proving the engagement resolver, inbound SMS resolver, and webhook capture all walked the new access paths cleanly. The bigboy docker-compose scaffolds are in place. The production split is real now.

Mail got a serious identity crisis and recovered it well. The flagship work was building an agent chat inbox you could talk to from inside webmail, which involved wiring the backend assistant controller, the SSE streaming layer, and the frontend AgentChat component. But before any of that would look good I had to deal with the chrome: a unified icon rail across every page, a collapsed folders pane that never vanishes, and an avatar rail that could expand to show titles. The old avatar was literally just the letters "YO" and I spent half a dozen commits fixing that, real profile hydration, Keycloak picture claim routing, a proper account menu instead of a logout-only button. Twenty-six commits in email-ops alone. The mail reader itself went through six increments in a single day: de-flattening the surface, date groups and hierarchy, a daily brief toolbar, hover triage with bulk actions, a reader polish sweep with dedup, and a final UI/UX polish pass. The collapsed folders became a slim avatar rail that stays visible. I am not sure anyone will write a blog post about that decision but it makes the interface feel grounded.

Glitter-mane kept shipping its own parallel universe of progress. Version 0.42 landed with a holistic review lens that grades evidence and gates on safety. Before that came interaction checking for supplements and herb-drug conflicts, HEIC and TIFF in-app transcoding to JPEG, and a full review pipeline that runs Qwen to synthesize and MedGemma to verify, all local, all deterministic. The document viewer got a compact imaging mode and each core record type, conditions, medications, allergies, labs, vitals, got its own URL-managed section with proper browser back-navigation. The connect flow picked up MUSC and Roper St. Francis Epic FHIR endpoints, OAuth authorize/token endpoint pinning for VA Lighthouse, and a public privacy page plus terms page that are apparently required before you can register as an EHR developer. I had not realized that yesterday.

Valor-ops got its most consequential feature of the week: a VA connector with a Chrome extension, a canonical reconcile engine, and a live sandbox validation script. The Game Plan deepened to version 9 with high-contrast handholding, and a Build-a-case feature that turns a veteran's uploaded records into something the strategy engine can actually analyze. Document RAG got semantic search and evidence grounding over the veteran's own records, with a self-healing reindex path for degraded states. OCR went from silently failing on image-only PDFs to routing through a GPU vision model on an RTX 3060.

Ops-center fixed idempotent Colonel-to-Brigade re-registration so reboots stopped throwing 500s, and settled on a Brigade-aware local graph memory with Kuzu. Security-ops stood up Gitleaks and Trivy behind the shared gate, normalized container-image target support, and added IMAGE kind coverage across the authorization scope. Meeting-ops shipped time-limited Pro comps, invite-code generation, and a session watchdog that stops summary-dropped sessions from wedging indefinitely. Listing-ops let David cancel any-order requests with a full in-app refund flow and fixed eBay deletion webhooks to purge buyer PII across all tenants. Unicorn-brigade stripped the leading openrouter/ prefix from model names. Unicorn-stable rotated the shared LiveKit secret, streamed live captions as agents speak, and got reproducible deploy foundations with SHA provenance and a Forgejo CI gate.

Also today: majiks.online picked up a migration ledger and rescued a staged SSO implementation from an uncommitted state. Multistate-retirement-leads stripped hardcoded credentials from tracked files, which is the kind of thing you do at 11 PM on a Tuesday because the alternative is worse.

A hundred and twenty-five commits across thirteen repos, and what it added up to was a platform that finally felt like it could do the things people needed it to do without someone calling a meeting to figure out which repo owned the feature.
