Sunday, 46 commits. Here's how it went.
Valor-Ops carried the day's heaviest lift. I shipped Wave 3 end-to-end: the VA Lighthouse connector, the back-pay calculator, and the VA open-data integration on the backend, then the full frontend with section-identity colors, the VA connect/sync/claims/ITF flows, the back-pay page, legal pages, and CCD rendering. That was stacked on top of the Wave 2 foundation from earlier, so the records intake pipeline, corrections KB, and the onboarding wizard all sat underneath a redesigned dashboard and a type scale plus motion system that actually made the thing feel cohesive. The rating engine itself had a 42-test core, a 40-card knowledge base, and 17 swarm findings that needed hardening. Also fixed the .gitignore that was silently excluding the KB corpus from git, and added an MCP server with 23 tools and an SSE endpoint on port 8766. Valor-Ops hit 0.1.0 and started shipping legal-lane packets you can actually print.
Email-Ops got the Wave-2 treatment. I built the backend APIs for search and paging, the unified mailbox aggregate, thread detail enrichment, read-state tracking, attachment blobs, and bulk actions. On the frontend, I wired the full mail client so the inbox is unified, HTML emails render properly, the compose dialog got upgraded, and there's keyboard shortcuts and a bulk action bar. The sidebar got collapsible sections, the /mail page got wider, and the auth layer picked up Personal Access Tokens so MCP clients can authenticate without going through the OAuth dance. There was also a delegation-aware account resolution for account-scoped JMAP calls, so the stalwart client stops guessing whose mailbox it should touch.

Security-Ops got built from nothing into a running system. Phase 1 was the scaffold: authorization gate, engagement models, RLS, the whole skeleton. Phase 2 wired the engine, live attestation, the findings pipeline, and ran tests against Postgres. Then the console redesign hit 5,211 lines across 31 files with proper dashboard endpoints and a frontend that actually works. Bigboy got dogfooded with oauth2-proxy SSO and RLS-enforced multi-tenant isolation, and I pinned the secops-net subnet because bigboy's pools were exhausted.
Glitter-Mane released v0.8.0 with medical imaging as studies, RAG on ingest, and folder import that accepts generic zip archives instead of just Apple Health dumps. The folder upload 413 error got fixed by batching and raising the proxy cap. The command palette got a ⌘K shortcut, the sidebar got collapsible labels, and the Today view got honest data viz with a line chart and trends.
Unicorn-stable got polish wave 3: TeX-aware read-aloud, lazy KaTeX and emoji chunks, skin tone support, upload progress indicators, and a fix for the agent teardown hang. Resizable sidebars with persisted widths, per-agent TTS voice presets, and Brigade avatar URLs all made it through.
Ops-center got avatar spines stamped onto Keycloak, and I capped the Colonel Kuzu buffer pool to stop docker-poll churn that was chewing 6.6GB down to a sane 1GB RSS. Meeting-ops picked up a fix for iOS 401 errors by accepting uchub Keycloak bearer tokens from native clients. Unicorn-brigade got avatar image avatars end-to-end.
Forty-six commits on a Sunday. The legal packet system shipped, the mail client went live, and security-ops went from scaffold to running bigboy.
