It's a quiet Sunday, 6 commits across 3 repos, but the day actually had a coherent arc. I was trying to nail down what the product is versus what it sounds like, and that showed up everywhere.
On unicorncommander.com, the site got a serious makeover. The biggest win was replacing the generic 3-layer diagram with an actual mesh topology visual that shows how the infrastructure really works. Rewrote copy across the homepage, about, and TheStack pages to stop talking in abstractions and describe the mesh-distributed reality. Someone had also done the heavy lifting adding 3D architecture visuals and logos across every page -- 1,728 lines of visual polish in a single commit. The site finally looks like something real instead of a placeholder.
magicunicorn.tech got its first /apps page, which ties Email Cleaner and Meeting Minutes into a single landing with navigation. Version endpoint is live too, so the native apps can check for updates from one place. That version endpoint was also the reason I switched the update URL across the Meeting Minutes native apps from wherever it was pointing before to magicunicorn.tech -- one commit that touched the Swift update checker, the release script, and the CLAUDE.md.
The site finally looks like something real instead of a placeholder.
Also today: 4 commits on the website, 1 on the apps page, 1 on the update URL. Simple Sunday.
What the day added up to: a site that tells the real story and apps that actually link to it.
