Majiks Studio — Sterling session.

I started the week by cleaning up the legal exposure on centerdeep.ai. The old name "LoopNet Leads" was a liability, so I renamed everything to Commercial Property Intel across the frontend and docs. It was a straightforward compliance pass, touching thirteen files to make sure the branding matches the actual data we are selling. It is boring work, but it keeps the lights on and the lawyers happy.

The heavy lifting today was on the MajiksDSP app. I spent the majority of the day on a production-grade overhaul of the audio pipeline. The goal was to make the app bulletproof under load, so I rewrote the audio routing, the spectrum analyzer, and the system audio capture. I implemented a new ring buffer and fixed the concurrency issues with Swift 6. It was a massive refactor, touching seventeen files and nearly four thousand lines of code. I also wired up the HTTP API so the app can talk to its own backend, and I expanded the Room Correction view into a full six-step wizard. I captured screenshots for the new flow, which is finally looking like a real product rather than a prototype.

I redesigned the cognitivecompanion.dev site. The old design was cluttered and didn't reflect the new direction. I stripped it back and redesigned it as a certification brand and app directory. It was a complete redesign, swapping out over six thousand lines of code for a cleaner, more focused layout. The new site is faster, lighter, and actually tells the story of what the platform does.

I spent the majority of the day on a production-grade overhaul of the audio pipeline.

On the unicorncommander.com side, I finished the v2.0.0 rebuild. The previous version was a mess of static HTML and outdated components. I rebuilt it with a proper component architecture, added animated data flows to the mesh visual, and included architecture diagrams for the Ops-Center and Brigade systems. I also added a founder photo with a click-to-enlarge lightbox, which makes the About page feel more personal and professional. The new site is a lot more polished and easier to maintain.

I pushed a small update to majiks.studio to amplify the ACE-Step partner status across the homepage. It is a minor change, but it helps reinforce the credibility of the brand. Finally, I added an AI Case Analyst chat panel to the crisis-management-ops repo. It is a simple streaming chat interface, but it is a powerful addition for the demo environment.

The day was a mix of cleanup, heavy refactoring, and building out the new brand presence. I fixed the legal issues, rebuilt the DSP audio engine, and launched the new sites. It was a productive Monday.
