Sunday, 59 commits across 7 repos. I spent most of the day on Music Studio, which makes sense, because Music Studio is where the engine finally learned to speak in a language the UI understood.
The headline is Sterling, the agent copilot. I wired the engine-side agent loop to the command bus so it could drive clip movements and transport controls, then built the Swift dock that lets the user see and talk to it. Before that I did the Revise/Extend/Add-a-Layer spine (splice, orchestration, MCP tools) and the mixer dock with automation lanes wired through. The Takes browser, export dialog with provenance manifests, and stem import all landed in the same pass. It was a coherent arc: the DAW stopped being a mock and started being a DAW, agent-visible and agent-controllable. I also hardened the release pipeline (dropped five obsolete build scripts in one go) and fixed the journal hash-chain break that float edge cases kept triggering.
Meeting-ops in Glitter-Mane got the medical-visit scribe flow fully wired up, from token-exchange scopes through diarized transcripts persisted alongside SOAP drafts. The seven-section nav restructure and clinician workbench shipped, then Imaging was restored to the chart and the chart decompact fixed in the same pass.

Valor-Ops hit v1.1.0 with the Analysis Center, a single comprehensive run that replaces the old fragmented workflow. Background runs with live progress, records reset, GPU-accelerated PaddleOCR, and a discoverable re-OCR action. The whole intake pipeline went extract-verify with engine A/B benching behind it.
Contact-Ops got a public /welcome landing page and a Redis client that actually initialized on app lifespan. Accounting-Ops wired the smart-inference credit gate into the chat, specialists, and web settings, plus I wrote a hosted turn-on runbook. Email-Ops logged the 0.5.0 changelog. Majiks-DJ regenerated Swift bindings from the merged core and documented the integration evidence.
Also today: five obsolete build scripts nuked, a hash-chain fix, clippy cleanup, and enough evidence docs to make a compliance auditor weep.
The day added up to Music Studio becoming agent-native end to end, Valor-Ops consolidating into a single analysis flow, and the billing gate finally flipping on.
