Project-Ops — live product surface.

Forty-nine commits across sixteen repos. Saturdays like this are not about one hero feature. They are about lifting the whole platform so it stops leaking.

Center Deep Research shipped Living Intelligence end to end. That was the big arc: a new layer across the app, the Command Center surface to prove it, a v0.8.0 release tag, and polish to remove the masthead engine-live since TopBar already owns it. A full 27 files touched in the rollout. The web app suddenly had a coherent memory surface instead of scattered components guessing at state.

Accounting-Ops got two serious pushes. First, the subscription monitor check wired into the sentinel agent, with scheduled checks, config hooks, and a smoke test. Second, the Form 1120 export stack absorbed the SC1120 and South Carolina DOR notice-response paths, plus a new accountant-bookkeeper persona for the chat agent. Four files changed, two and a half thousand lines added. The tax export surface finally reads like a real product instead of a prototype.

Cognitive Companion received macOS scaffolding and MLX support. Local MLX inference, Graphiti temporal memory, an MCP tool client so the agent can call external servers, a local file indexer for the RAG store, and launchd persistence so MacKenzie survives reboots. Eleven commits across one repo, all of it federating back into the fleet. It was the kind of plumbing that does not make a press release but makes everything else feel less like duct tape.

Email-Ops continued building the mailbox layer. Apache James adapter and mailbox provisioning, MCP admin tools for domains and quotas. That was the infrastructure push. Then came the hardening: refusing silent keycloak rebinds, normalizing issuers, adversarial review fixes across the auth and workspace layers. Four commits, nine files, all of it closing doors I had left open.

Glitter-Mane got MedGemma via gateway with on-box CPU encoders, sharpened Dr. Glitter Mane persona for rare diagnosis hunting, fixed SSO JWKS fetch 403 behind Cloudflare, and added Keycloak SSO with entitlement gate. Contact-Ops fixed dedup by capping statement_timeout and making blocking keys indexable. Project-Ops closed agent-surface gaps (member mgmt, custom-field create, invoice, archive), hardened MCP tools against arg slips, and disabled OTel winston/bunyan log instrumentation. Unicorn Brigade added per-agent identity with RFC-8693 exchange and fixed customer-MCP sub to use Keycloak subject. Listing-Ops shipped the List Anything engine and a read-only Scout Mode. The landing pages got rasterized OG cards, a QA consistency pass, and the company hub with an investor page. Ops-Center added a founder-friends free Suite tier. Majiks and the Unicorn Commander site got final brand polish. Strix-Halo-Golden picked up MedGemma phases and the Cognitive Companion installer toggle. Meeting-Ops quieted console noise and fixed the JWKS 403 that was blocking prod SSO.

Also today: Center Deep got a site refresh with metrics and agents, and half a dozen repos got release tags and changelog entries.

It was a platform day. No single feature carried it. The whole stack moved up a notch.
