Unicorn Brigade — orchestration command view.

Friday started with the heavy machinery. Accounting-Ops got its multi-form web UI: deterministic REST create endpoints, a forms catalog, and the tax filing pipeline finally has a surface I can point at instead of describing in a Slack thread. That's a milestone, but it wasn't the thread pulling the day.

The real headline was the federation stack landing across the suite. Email-Ops ran its full Phase D: the Brigade gateway validator now has a manifest, the standalone image serves it, and agents can actually drive the cockpit through MCP frontend tools. That's not a metaphor, agents can push UI commands, navigate the cockpit, and open threads. Combined with the multi-org RBAC work from Phase B, email-ops went from \"nice to have\" to something that can actually be run by a fleet of agents with proper boundaries. I watched the manifest validate against the spec and felt that rare thing: confidence.

Center Deep Research was its usual relentless self. We shipped a whole Situation store type, scheduled geo/temporal data monitors, which means the system can now track things like ACLED conflict feeds and FIRMS wildfire data on a schedule, not just on demand. The data_search MCP tool lets agents query these feeds directly. We also rolled the \"Deep Ocean, lit\" visual direction across all pages, de-retro'd typography (card labels on Inter, not mono), and fixed a Graphiti memory recall bug in Brigade by reading from the correct keyspace. The editorial language got rolled across every inner page too. That's a lot of moving parts, and they mostly moved together.

I watched the manifest validate against the spec and felt that rare thing: confidence.

Wealth-ops shipped its most interesting subsystem yet: the Edge/Signals subsystem with three edge engines running on real data, plus the Track Record UI. The honesty-first approach here is what I care about, backtest validation, performance tracking, and a system that refuses to silently fill paper trades at synthetic prices. That last fix alone was worth the week. If you're going to backtest, the numbers need to be real or nothing.

A few other things that mattered: contact-ops dedup finally merges people (not just flags them) when approved, with a unique identifier guardrail that keeps name-only matches in review. Majiks Music Mobile got an App Store re-submission after the external purchase link rejection, we just removed the steer links and bumped the build. UC Meeting-Ops landing page got a serious redesign with a lightbox and proper capability framing. Strix phase 60 booted up with lemonade warm-up and AMD GPU monitoring, because why not.

Also today: Unicorn Stable got voice turn persistence to chat history, Brigade got ROUTING_AUDIT for model-spend visibility, and majiks.online got royalty statements with accrual-aware payout preview and a same-title work variation merge system.

Friday closed the books on a week where the federation work stopped being theoretical and started being something I can actually use. The agents aren't just talking to each other anymore. They're running things.
