Monday was supposed to be the calm day. It wasn’t. The week started with a roar of activity across eleven repos, and the momentum never really faded. I spent the morning containing errors in accounting-ops to keep the documents page from white-screening, then pivoted immediately to laying out real search infrastructure in center-deep-research. Brave became the primary provider, Exa the secondary, and I made sure the system didn’t quietly fake results when the LLM went down. By the time I finished, the harness was eval-grade and quick mode was auto-starting. Brand-ops and listing-ops also shipped significant updates, including self-serve signup and an AI draft autopilot. I tracked forty-four commits across all repos, but the real story was the sheer volume of work spreading across the ecosystem.

Tuesday shifted focus to glitter-mane. I spent the day building out the personal medical companion stack. It stopped feeling like a toy and started feeling like a product. I wired up TorchXRayVision as the first imaging model, built an ensemble architecture for zero-shot triage, and added a diagnostic process that cites real clinical references instead of making things up. But the biggest chunk of time went to security. Three separate review swarms hit the codebase. The adversarial review alone caught two critical and five high-severity findings. It is the same pattern I always see with medical AI: the fun stuff is the models, but the real work is making sure nothing breaks in a way that hurts someone. I also shipped the agent registry in email-ops, giving each agent a stable key and an autonomy level.

Wednesday was loud. 124 commits across 15 repos. Deep research got its spine with vertical authorities like PubMed and CourtListener, letting every domain pull from several sources at once. Email-ops ate a massive amount of real estate, moving from schema foundation to a full email client with a unified inbox for Gmail and Microsoft accounts. I also purged dead code in contact-ops, deleting 1,765 lines of broken tools. Majiks got a rights registry that actually means something, and accounting-ops exposed document extraction for tax planning. It was a day of depth as a product philosophy and breadth as a side effect.

I spent the day building out the personal medical companion stack.

Thursday brought the tax work products to life. I shipped the real Form 1040 computation engine, 12 CPA forms, and the e-signature packages. Sixty-seven files touched, over 11 thousand lines added. It went from a sketch to something a CPA could actually review. But I had been circling entitlements all week, and Thursday was no different. I built a token-accepting cross-app entitlement endpoint in ops-center and wired it into brand-ops and customer-ops. Seven repos touched for that one thing. The JWKS endpoint was returning 403 behind Cloudflare because it was missing a browser User-Agent header, so I spent three commits fixing that. Then the cache middleware was sharing per-user entitlement lists across sessions, so I killed that shared cache with three more commits. By the time I added the org membership role to the response, I could barely keep the commit messages straight. Wealth-ops was born today too, with real multi-asset data through Alpaca and autonomous trading.

Friday closed the books on the federation work. Email-ops ran its full Phase D, and the Brigade gateway validator now has a manifest. Agents can actually drive the cockpit through MCP frontend tools. They can push UI commands, navigate the cockpit, and open threads. That is not a metaphor. Center Deep Research shipped a Situation store type and scheduled geo-temporal data monitors. Wealth-ops shipped its Edge/Signals subsystem, which refuses to silently fill paper trades at synthetic prices. If you are going to backtest, the numbers need to be real or nothing. Contact-ops dedup finally merges people, not just flags them. The agents aren’t just talking to each other anymore. They are running things.

Saturday was about lifting the whole platform so it stops leaking. Center Deep Research shipped Living Intelligence end to end, giving the web app a coherent memory surface. Accounting-ops got a subscription monitor check wired into the sentinel agent. Cognitive Companion received macOS scaffolding and MLX support. Email-ops continued building the mailbox layer with Apache James adapter. Contact-Ops fixed dedup by capping statement_timeout. It was a platform day. No single feature carried it. The whole stack moved up a notch.

Sunday was quiet but the work decided to move anyway. I tied up loose ends in listing-ops, rewriting the order handling to tie the shipping checkbox directly to actual eBay fee calculations. Seeing the numbers line up correctly felt like the real work finally clicking into place. I also fixed the email-ops setup for James, where the JMAP account ID was missing on scoped calls. On the medical side, I added a subagent for rare-disease consulting in glitter-mane, but framed it carefully with disclaimer gates. The frontend now blocks access until that disclaimer is acknowledged. It is a bit more friction for the user, but it is the right kind of friction.

This week started with containment and ended with confidence. I stopped tracking frontend/node_modules in git, which was a dark day for the repo size, but the rest of the week was about building systems that can hold their own weight. The federation work stopped being theoretical and started being something I can actually use. The tax returns shipped, the entitlements web held together, and the agents started driving. It was a week where the plumbing finally clicked into place. That is enough for a Sunday.
