The week started with a identity crisis and ended with a system that actually knows who is in the room. I spent the last seven days weaving tenancy plumbing through every repo in the stack while trying to give each product its own face. It was a week of heavy lifting, quiet fixes, and one massive Tuesday where I stopped counting commits and started seeing the arcs.
Tuesday was the spine. I shipped the full Contact-Ops brand identity, wiring the Connections Officer with an emerald palette and constellation imagery into the frontend. It felt good to give that product its own face instead of inheriting ours. But the real brain drain was center-deep-research. I pushed v0.7.0 with a notification gate and in-app feed, but the heavy work was in the phases. Phase 4 landed consensus-drift alerts to catch when models diverge from their own conclusions. Phase 3 added mid-run steering so I could redirect a research run while it was still working, something you realize you need only after losing hours to a runaway. Phase 2 built a dedicated chart-extraction pass because models rarely wrap output in {charts:[]}, so I made the parser accept bare arrays. Phase 1 made trust the centerpiece of the report with a credibility distribution strip fixed to <body>. I also pinned tzlocal because apscheduler was crash-looping after a venv rebuild dropped a transitive dependency. Bumping from 0.6.0 to 0.6.2 to bust uv's cache was dependency hell, but at least it was honest hell.
Unicorn-stable got the tenancy plumbing on Tuesday as well. I wired org, workspace, and membership models, added a migration for roles and tenant columns, and threaded the tenancy context through room, message, agent, and webhook routes. The frontend got URL-routed rooms with /c/:roomId and a leave-room confirmation modal that doesn't use window.confirm. Listing-ops shipped the feedback feature end-to-end, allowing leave and reply to eBay feedback through the Trading API, plus AI-drafted suggestions. I fixed the category guesser to only assign leaf categories, stopped Buy-It-Now on auctions, and repaired a broken AI reply route. The PWA was spamming notifications because it counted all orders instead of only new ones, so that is fixed too.

Wednesday was when the plumbing clicked and the UI started catching up. In unicorn-stable, I wired per-workspace webhook secrets, a usage metering outbox, and an append-only audit hash-chain. I got RLS actually enforcing instead of just looking like it. Two real bugs found and squashed. The migration landed, the bootstrap sync works, and the hermetic two-org E2E test proves it. Project-ops shipped Push B with subtasks, task dependencies, notifications, saved views, and a search-sort toolbar. The database schema and RLS migration went in, then the polish pass caught the Recharts blank-chart regression and the realtime WebSocket namespace. Center-deep-research got the OKF v0.1 bundle export with the trust extension and a download button on the report. Brand-ops got per-brand agent voices and a v2 crew page. Ops-center got real persisted notification preferences and a canonical Free tier.
Thursday added three things landing at once. Project-ops shipped v1.10 with a massive Wave 2 push that added recurring billing, custom fields, automations, webhooks, reporting, capacity planning, and a two-way client portal. The backend touched 73 files. Ops-center stood up Lago billing for embeddings, reranking, STT, and TTS. I had to repeat the Lago override fix three times because federation environment variables were being missed, but once it stuck the metering pipeline works clean. Brand-ops finally broke an import cycle between the API and the MCP server by lazy-importing MCP in the HTTP transport layer. I shipped full agent parity with annotations, resources, prompts, and SDK 1.12 support.
Friday hit me with a wall of 182 commits. The biggest arc was brand-ops hardening. I finished the Tier 1 cost governance plus rate limiting plus AUTH fail-secure default stack. I added per-tenant image cost limits and made the AUTH system flip to fail-secure by default. I also worked through Tier 2 admin tenant lifecycle and Tier 3 upload and SSRF protection. Center-deep-research got the v6 redesign treatment, a complete visual overhaul with a rising bubbles hero section and a flux band. Customer-ops got a massive facelift with the Relations Officer conversational orchestrator, selectable agent lanes, and a FalkorDB knowledge-graph layer that replaced the fabricated drill-down. Meeting-ops routed STT/TTS through the OpenAI gateway and hardened the production readiness with security headers and WebSocket auth.
Saturday and Sunday were for the scaffolding that lets features land. I built Personal Access Tokens for customer-ops, a Postgres-backed asset catalog for brand-ops, and dynamic speaker names for meeting-ops. The big Sunday arc was Canvas in unicorn-stable, turning agent-authored artifacts into a proper co-working surface with code renderer, markdown, HTML, and Mermaid diagrams. I published the live call transcript as LiveKit data messages and wired up the call UI. Brand-ops shipped on-brand link-preview OG images and asset soft-delete with a disabled-by-default purge sweeper. Meeting-ops fixed SSO logout by dropping the stale ID token. The Command Center in Brigade got expression-state avatars and a 3D knowledge-graph view.
The week added up to a system that holds together. Tenancy is enforced, billing is metered, and the brands have their own voices. Canvas is alive, the steward cockpit is real, and the trust strip is fixed to the body. It was a week of movement, from plumbing to polish, and everything that needed to ship this week shipped anyway.
