Brand-Ops — studio.

I spent Thursday tearing through 44 commits across eight repos. It's the kind of day where the numbers are impressive but the real story is what they actually did.

Project-Ops was the heavyweight. I shipped v1.10 with a massive Wave 2 push that added recurring billing, custom fields, automations, webhooks, reporting, capacity planning, and a two-way client portal. The backend work alone touched 73 files. The frontend followed with 46 more files for nav wiring and the staff-approvals loop. I also layered on email notification preferences, an in-app help center, accessibility hardening, mobile polish, and a whole round of tooltips everywhere. The hydration mismatch on the dashboard got fixed, charts finally drew properly, and the portfolio reporting aligned to the frontend contract. That's a lot of moving parts that all had to hold together.

Ops-Center got a different kind of push. I stood up Lago billing for embeddings, reranking, STT, and TTS. The metering endpoint needed CSRF exemption, the auth middleware got wired up, and I defaulted embeddings and reranking upstream to the unified Infinity proxy. Had to repeat the Lago override fix three times because federation environment variables were being missed, but once it stuck the metering pipeline works clean.

I also layered on email notification preferences, an in-app help center, accessibility hardening, mobile polish, and a whole round of tooltips everywhere.

Brand-Ops got the most elegant work. I broke an import cycle between the API and the MCP server at its root by lazy-importing MCP in the HTTP transport layer. Then I shipped full agent parity with annotations, resources, prompts, and SDK 1.12 support. The release bumped to 0.11.0 with per-workspace on-disk storage isolation and a migration that touches 20 files. The import cycle fix alone was a good debug story.

Meeting-Ops rounded it out with practical fixes. I gated the Qwen thinking feature to local-Qwen only, raised upload size ceilings to 16 GB, improved STT error messaging, made the speaker assign popover mobile-friendly, and added auto-clear for completed uploads from the tray. The iOS side got Vera the cross-meeting agent renamed and bumped to build 3.

Also today: center-deep-research got a verdict hero animation with button and icon primitives extracted across 14 files, contact-ops silenced a benign View Transitions abort during auth churn, and listing-ops restored the sold-comps fallback.

The day added up to three things landing at once. A big platform release in Project-Ops that customers will actually feel. Real billing infrastructure in ops-center that tracks usage the way it should. And brand-ops finally speaking the same language as the rest of the suite through MCP parity. Not every commit was glamorous, but most of them shipped.
