Unicorn Commander — extensions.

Sunday started with me chasing a router that kept vanishing. In ops-center I commented out the Forgejo import, then restored it. The whitelabeling merge had torn the integration loose and I had to trace through backend/server.py until I could trust the path. I also pushed 2,339 lines of built frontend assets from the WhiteLabelBuilder across 93 files and updated docs for the Forgejo migration and pushed 2,339 lines of built frontend assets. The real weight of the day was the Ollama commit: 34,555 lines added, 36 removed, 842 files touched. That's a big blast radius. Session auth and OpenRouter pricing/context metadata shipped together (the Model Catalog and BYOK API were pre-existing) It's the kind of change where you hope nothing quietly breaks.

The app terminology refactor landed too, renaming feature to app across 15 files and bumping ops-center to v2.3.0. A rename like that is mostly plumbing, but it ripples into uc-cloud (submodule update, 171 lines). In unicorn-orator, I hardened the .gitignore against leaking secrets and wrote up deployment success notes (separate commits).

Three other repos got their share of the Sunday. Loopnet-leads got subscription tracking and production deployment features across 43 files with a full set of deployment docs and verification scripts. Genesis-Flow-z13 arrived as an initial commit with 233,869 lines and 773 files, a full NPU development hub. FirstSelect was initially committed from ~/Websites with 24 files including Docker, nginx config, and screenshots.

Also today: landing page config templates, a revert and re-apply of the production frontend build, and the usual ops-center churn of built assets that don't ask for permission.

The center-deep-pro commit is the elephant in the room: 46,998 lines added, 2,443 removed, 143 files, an AI agent orchestration and conversational search implementation with pages of audit and delivery documentation. I don't know the details of that code yet.

The day was mostly infrastructure and plumbing. The Ollama rollout is the headline. The rest is the scaffolding that makes it usable.
