Unicorn Commander — settings.

Tuesday started with a quiet push to uc-meeting-ops, but the real weight came from wrapping up the Operations Center in uc-cloud. I spent the morning finishing the systematic development and quality assurance phase. That meant writing the checklist, adding the favicon, and creating the test script. It is easy to skip the boring stuff until the end, but getting the QA infrastructure in place first keeps the later polish from feeling messy.

The bulk of the day was spent revamping the Operations Center design. I wanted it to look professional and enterprise-ready, not like a prototype. I overhauled the App component, the Dashboard, and the theme context. The numbers show the shift: 1493 lines added versus only 12 removed. I replaced the old dashboard with DashboardPro and rewrote the CSS to support a new theme engine. This was not just about making things pretty. It was about making the interface feel stable and trustworthy.

I also had to fix some loose ends. The Network and Storage sections were missing theme support, so I added that in quickly. There was a small bug in the Quick Actions Download Model card that needed an elegant purple gradient fix. I also enhanced the Magic Unicorn theme with more gradient cards to keep the visual language consistent. Finally, I fixed the iGPU detection in the Operations Center backend. The Dockerfile and hardware info script needed adjustments to recognize the integrated graphics correctly. These were small fixes, but they mattered for the overall polish.

I wanted it to look professional and enterprise-ready, not like a prototype.

Meanwhile, in uc-meeting-ops, I shipped Phase 2 of the AI-powered meeting intelligence features. This was a significant jump. I implemented the infrastructure for custom vocabulary and live recording transcription. The changes touched the backend API, the LLM service, and the frontend components. I added the AI chat interface and the live meeting notes component. The vocabulary manager allows users to define their own terms, which improves accuracy significantly.

The GUI overhaul was another major piece. I implemented global state management and enhanced the transcription capabilities. The changes touched nearly 30 files, with over 2593 lines added. I rewrote the transcription services to support two-pass processing and progressive updates. This makes the output feel faster and more responsive. I also documented the NPU implementation and the transcription tuning notes. These details are important for future maintenance.

I also updated the system architecture and CLAUDE.md files to reflect the new direction. The backend fixes summary and the iPhone-style transcription notes provide context for the changes. The docker-compose-gemma.yml file was updated to support the new AI services.

Also today: I committed the development checklist and the test script for the Operations Center. I also pushed the theme context backups and the old dashboard backup for reference.

The day added up to a solid finish on the Operations Center polish and a major step forward for the meeting AI. The Ops Center now feels complete, and the meeting ops has a powerful new AI layer. It is good to see the work coming together.
