Meeting-Ops — session summary with speakers and action items.

Tuesday, August 5th => August 5, 2025 (Tuesday). Three commits, all in uc-meeting-ops, and they add up to something real.

The headline was meeting management. I pushed a big feature set: session endpoints on the backend, a dedicated MeetingManagement page on the frontend, plus RecordingPage, TranscriptEditor, and SummarizationTemplates. That's one commit with 2414 lines added and 92 removed across 11 files. The goal was straightforward give the app an actual way to manage meetings end to end. Sessions, recordings, transcripts, templates. The backend API got the session routes, and the frontend got the pages to drive them.

Before that landed cleanly, I had to fix compilation errors that blocked the whole thing. That third commit was a net reduction of 341 lines with a mass of edits across eleven files too. It touched the gitignore, the CLAUDE.md, the admin reset script, and basically every dashboard component on the frontend. The WebSocket hook was rewritten. The ProductionDashboard, SessionList, SessionDetails, and SystemStatus components all shifted. This was the cleanup pass the big feature needed. You build the feature, then you make sure it actually compiles and the pieces fit together.

I pushed a big feature set: session endpoints on the backend, a dedicated MeetingManagement page on the frontend, plus RecordingPage, TranscriptEditor, and SummarizationTemplates.

Before those landed, I wired up dashboard components and auth context updates. ManagerDashboard and StandardUserDashboard came in with a few lines of changes to package.json and AuthContext. It was small but necessary, making sure the dashboards had the right data flow and the auth layer was aligned.

Also today: the test files for real transcription and recording came in as part of the feature commit. They belong to that arc.

There was no second repo to juggle. No dependency conflicts between projects. Just one codebase, one set of features, and the usual cycle of build break, fix, build again. The net result is about 2662 lines added and 1044 removed across the day. The meeting management surface is now there: sessions, recording, transcripts, templates. The dashboards have the pieces they needed. The auth context is updated. The compilation errors are gone.

What the day added up to was a complete feature surface landing without the usual drag of broken builds and scattered repos.
