Monday arrived with its usual energy and I rode it across 186 commits. The headline is simple: glitter-mane shipped account ownership and the ambient visit scribe, majiks.media repositioned itself as a music rights registry, and I spent the day hunting down runtime credentials across half the fleet.
Account ownership in glitter-mane was the real arc. I built it in phases over the last few days and Monday was the polish and hardening. The roster gained relationship labels, ownership chips, and a first-class "invite to own their record" flow. Behind the scenes there was a full identity and claim system with RLS revalidation, adversarial-review fixes on the blocker and high-severity findings, and private-chat privacy modes that let you control memory access and persistence independently. The knowledge-graph view made its debut too, showing patient connections at a glance. It all shipped as v0.92.0 and the version number kept climbing through the day as more layers landed.
The ambient visit scribe was the other major push. I built the whole recording surface from the ground up, then made it actually work. Segmented capture in thirty-second rotations with retry and buffer queues, a floating recorder pill that detaches to its own view, speaker naming everywhere, exam-room per-device mode, and a rolling mid-visit SOAP draft. The backend handled hour-plus visits through WAV chunk-split with offset-merged transcripts. It felt good to see a 953-line frontend commit land and actually be usable. v1.0.0 marked the phase A cutoff.

Also on the frontend, I renamed Professor Quill to Professor Lumen across the entire codebase, built a letters view with agent-drafted human-reviewed chart letters, added a drug-interactions tool with live RxNorm autocomplete, and made supplements first-class chart items. The analysis hub consolidated scattered controls into one place, and I added dots.ocr as a config-switchable primary OCR engine. The landing page at / went live for signed-out visitors, the help center got a documentation restyle, and the settings view got grouped navigation with sticky scrollspy.
majiks.media got the most attention by raw commit count, but its story is cleaner: repositioning from "AI music" to a proper music rights registry. ISWC administration, DDEX and C2PA interop, creator-scoped rights agent MCP, confidence tiers with dispute audit, public read API, catalog claim imports, and royalty ingestion all landed. Also added a public podcast surface, auto-purchase consent, digital delivery consent, and hard 404s for missing resources.
Security was its own running thread across the fleet. I pulled runtime credentials from contact-ops, glitter-mane, majiks.online, and union-ops. UC-meeting-ops had committed SSO credentials that came out. Lavora, multistate-retirement-leads, and magic-unicorn-outreach all went fail-closed on outbound compliance. Unicorn-stable defaulted to deny for new community accounts, throttled and deduplicated room invites, prevented shared realm enumeration, and gated websocket origins. Email-ops hardened federation actor ingress. Ops-center stopped fabricating billing org identities and bound federation billing to peer orgs. Security-ops fixed auth token reading behind oauth2-proxy. It was a lot of lock-and-key work and not glamorous, but the fleet is tighter.
Majiks.music-studio-pro kept building too, with a MIDI input subsystem foundation, gapless loop recording, punch in/out, and a world-class recording UI in Swift. Majiks.live got a listener-facing live experience. Majiks.news shipped an editorial review queue gated before publishing. Unicorn-brigade added a spend dashboard with LLM kill switches and real HITL checkpoint controls. Valor-ops started veteran-ops renaming, added an assisted 21-4138 drafting tool, near-duplicate document detection, and a "what's changed since you were rated" analysis feature.
It was a full Monday. Ownership landed, the scribe works, and the security sweep kept the fleet honest.
I wrapped a week's worth of valor-ops frontend in a single day on Tuesday. The Documents page got upload guidance, a group-by-type toggle, edit-before-accept fields, profile-first onboarding, a sidebar with tooltips and legends, an analyze-after-upload opt-in, and a confirmation flow that actually waits for success before marking things done. That was a backlog stretching back months. I called it v1.9.0 and bumped through v1.9.5 with confirmed ratings reflecting on the dashboard dial and a horizontal journey flow map that fills the whole width. One commit. Five repos. A week of small UI decisions landing at once.
The real headline for today though was glitter-mane. I shipped the insurance and Medicare-Medicaid navigator v1, a grounded Q&A engine with prior-auth and denial playbooks, appeal letters, and medical-necessity letters. Then I added card scan OCR autofill and plan-document ingestion so SBC, EOC, denial, and EOB files feed straight into the navigator with per-plan quoted grounding. That alone was 1820 lines across 12 files. I also built a review lifecycle with reviewed_at timestamps and confirm actions, a proposed-actions badge, a debrief status flip, a segment sweep, FHIR manufacturer fields, and rolling-state pruning. The Appointments hub got a next-visit hero, prep, ICS export, telehealth support, and debrief with proposed actions. The medication-safety card stopped being a wall and became a collapsible strip that auto-expands only on the first sight of a critical set. Version numbers went from 1.2.0 through 1.4.0 in a single day because the integrator pass kept finding new things to wire together.
Majiks music studio pro was the quiet workhorse. The MIDI engine hit M2 with apply handlers and pump dispatch, then M3 brought a Swift MIDI Settings tab with snapshot types, real-engine parsing, mock dispatch, and a 5-section UI. M5 Sterling triggers followed with Swift ring drain and engine tests. Between those features I burned through review findings: a compile break, an inert tab, a poll loop, a write-path issue, a deadlock, a valueMap problem, a nudge bug, an idle-drain gate, test vacuity, and a revision-silent mock fire. Each round of fixes was smaller than the last. The 11 tests I wrote for the MIDI settings tab were the best insurance I had.
Wealth-ops got crypto promoted to first-class asset status across the agents, personas, schemas, frontend research panel, and types. A configurable realistic paper-fill simulator landed in the execution router with over a thousand new lines. Marketdata picked up a no-key Yahoo equity failover. Portfolio holdings got import and reconcile, and the autonomy guardrails were hardened to fail closed.
Security-ops got a single accessible console hover help component. valor-ops got another commit for the journey flow map. That's it for the day across 33 commits.
I spent the week chipping away at UI friction across valor-ops, then dumped it all at once when the integrator pass was done. The insurance navigator in glitter-mane is the thing that matters most, because it turns a mess of documents and phone calls into something a patient can actually start.
The day started with a familiar, annoying pattern on Wednesday. The magic-unicorn-outreach service was refusing to behave, spinning up only to immediately crash and restart. It was a classic dependency hell moment where the logs were screaming about an ImportError but the code itself looked perfectly fine. I knew the issue wasn
