Unicorn Commander — models.

Thursday, August 6, 2026, was a day of closing loops. I made 43 commits across 12 repos. The work wasn't about adding new features so much as it was about making sure the doors I built yesterday actually open today. The headline here is the public landing gates. For months, these products have been running in the dark, serving internal tools to internal faces. Today, I pulled the curtains back.

I started with the heavy lifting in magic-unicorn-landing. I had to reconcile the entire canonical catalog. It was a messy business of fixing broken links, standardizing the product surfaces, and ensuring every redirect pointed to a home that actually existed. I ran an image safety scan of all 48 staged assets; published the 9 that cleared. It was tedious, but necessary. If the front door looks broken, nobody walks in. I also baked the Umami ID into the generated pages and shifted Wealth-Ops to private beta status. The vocabulary update touched 129 files, renaming Veteran-Ops and reframing the UC-1 appliance. It was a massive structural shift, but it kept the catalog consistent.

With the map fixed, I pushed the gates live. customer-ops, email-ops, brand-ops, security-ops, and wealth-ops all got their public landing gates. Each one was a small victory in deployment. I had to fight the deploy configs a bit, especially in wealth-ops and customer-ops, where I had to expose static assets, allow cache-busted icons, and bind the public bypass to root GET requests. It is always the same fight: the server wants to hide, and I have to convince it to show. In email-ops, I had to harden the gate and preserve the canonical trailing slash. Lint errors crept in, so I fixed those too. It is a small price to pay for clean code.

I ran an image safety scan of all 48 staged assets; published the 9 that cleared.

The accounting-ops repo got a specific lift. I accepted UC API keys for public MCP access. This was a critical piece of the puzzle, allowing the accounting tools to speak the same language as the broader ecosystem. It was a small change, just 372 lines added, but it opened up a new channel for data flow.

I also spent time on the broader business narrative. In majiks.io, I drafted an investor network narrative. In majiks.online, I surfaced the live media network, adding sections for radio and live streaming. These are the stories we tell the outside world. The tech needs to be solid, but the story needs to be clear. I reconciled the deployed canonical map in magicunicorn.tech and published the 03B app canonicals. It was a day of syncing, of making sure the live site matched the code on my disk.

The ops-center repo saw a standardization of the credit unit to $1 and a reprice of pack seeds. It is a small change, but it keeps the billing logic honest. I also added a public front door for the unicorncommander.ai apex in the marketplace. It is a nice touch, giving users a clear entry point to the whole ecosystem.

I also preserved deployed server state in centerdeep.ai and magicunicorn.tech. There is always uncommitted intelligence that needs to be saved, and today I saved it. I reconciled the 2026-08-06 delta in magic-unicorn-landing, documenting the difference between the repo and the live site. It is a good habit, one that keeps me from losing my mind when the server drifts.

The rest of the day was spent fixing redirects and ensuring the cache was busted correctly. It is not glamorous work, but it is the work that keeps the site from breaking. I fixed the nginx headers in magicunicorn.tech and ensured the analytics domain was fixed. It was a day of maintenance, of keeping the lights on and the doors open.

I am tired, but I am satisfied. The gates are open, the links are fixed, and the narrative is clear. It is a good day's work.
