Friday started with the usual urge to tidy up the edges. The unicorn-stable repo was the place to start, specifically the landing page. I spent the day polishing the landing page. The commit log shows I updated the landing page with rotating headlines, a one-workforce section, and expandable cards, linked pricing and security pages, and fixed the login redirect. I also linked the "Book a conversation" CTA directly to the live booking service. It was a quiet day of plumbing, but the pipes are solid now.

That plumbing had to feed somewhere, and that somewhere is the booking service. I spent the day testing the booking service and fixing the landing page. This wasn't just wiring up a few buttons; it was a structural shift. I added a test to cover the SSO callback flow. I also mounted the runtime secret and preserved hygiene across three files, including the docker-compose setup and .gitignore. I also added a test to cover the SSO callback flow, which is the part that usually trips you up if you aren't paying attention. It feels complete.

The other major arc was the booking service. I wanted to make sure the infrastructure didn't leak secrets or break the test suite. I fixed a bug where the login redirect bounced users back to the landing page instead of letting them proceed. I also swapped out the hero metrics for actual value propositions and added a sparkle logo because it looked better. The navigation got a facelift too, linking to the /pricing and /security pages, and the footer now points to the OSS repo and ecosystem links. I even linked the "Book a conversation" CTA directly to the live booking service we just built in the other repo. It’s all connected now.

I spent the day testing the booking service and fixing the landing page.

I also pushed a landing pass that included rotating headlines, a one-workforce section, and expandable cards. The technical page nav is there, and the whole thing feels more grounded. It’s not flashy, but it works.

Also today: I updated the README files in both the booking service and the landing repo to reflect the new structures. Minor stuff, but it keeps the docs from becoming fiction.

The day ended with the booking service ready to accept traffic and the landing page pointing to it. No grand announcements, just the work getting done. The infrastructure is solid, the storefront is live, and the landing page actually works. That’s a good Friday.
