Thursday, July 23. It was a day of closing loops and opening doors. The landing page CTAs were sending people to the app root when they were supposed to be sending them straight to the login flow. That was a simple one-line fix in premium-landing.tsx.
While I was in that file, I also updated the links for the Community Edition to point directly to the public GitHub repository. I did the same thing in the magic-unicorn-landing repo, where I swapped out the old references. It is important that the public face of the project points to the actual code. No mystery boxes.
The bigger work was in the billing logic. I wired the credit system to the budget cap. When a workspace gets comped access, it needs to update its cap in place. I touched four files to make this happen: the litellm admin module, the workspace key manager, the billing docs, and the script that grants that access. It is a small change in the grand scheme, but it keeps the accounting honest. I also rewrote the README for accounting-ops. The old one was a mess. The new one uses Mermaid diagrams and a differentiation matrix. It is world-class now. Or at least, it is readable.

Then I switched gears to the marketing front doors. The email-ops repo got a massive polish. I launched a landing page that actually works. It includes a robust auth routing system so visitors know where to go. I added the assets, the CSS, the HTML, and the JS. It is ready for traffic.
At the same time, the unicorn-stable repo got its own front door. I built a marketing landing for logged-out visitors. That was a big jump: 884 lines added across three files. I also fixed the video call capture in the landing section. It was broken. Now it works. The landing page shows real video calls instead of static images.
I also did some cleanup in unicorn-stable.
Also today: I committed to the accounting-ops repo five times, unicorn-stable twice, and once each for email-ops and magic-unicorn-landing. No mystery boxes. The work is done. The doors are open. The billing is wired. The landing pages are live. It is a good day to ship.
