Monday is supposed to be the calm day. This one wasn't.
The morning started with document uploads in accounting-ops. Whole-folder uploads with a 100MB cap went in, and I made sure a render error in one upload wouldn't white-screen the whole documents page. Error containment is the unglamorous thing that keeps people from emailing you at 9pm.
Center-deep-research got its search infrastructure laid out for real. Brave became the primary provider, Exa the secondary, with a parallel RRF merge and a Google CSE provider option. There was a verify phase that treats bot-blocked responses as alive rather than dead links, and I made the LLM-outage synthesis loud and honest instead of quietly faking results. Quick mode auto-starts now. The harness is eval-grade.
Whole-folder uploads with a 100MB cap went in, and I made sure a render error in one upload wouldn't white-screen the whole documents page.
Brand-ops had its busiest arc on the go-to-market side: billing and entitlement plans, legal drafts, a landing page, and the Iris identity doc all went in. On the product side, a per-brand link-preview kit with Open Graph tags shipped, a launcher_tile asset type was added, self-serve signup (first-login workspace provisioning) went live, and I contained thumbnail clipping in \"The kit\" so square and tall assets don't get sliced. Version bump to 0.27.1.
Listing-ops got a big seller-ops follow-up pass: digest fixes, feedback drafts, funds-on-hold handling, and pickup flows. AI draft autopilot landed too, with an async autofill queue, required-specifics fill, and eBay catalog grounding. I repositioned the product page to list/sell/liquidate and added real screenshots as a \"See it in action\" section with a rotating hero tagline.
Unicorn-brigade kept the command-center moving: authentication on the live SSE feed, rate limiting on frontier-LLM endpoints, Waves 4 through 7 covering performance, visual polish, and accessibility, plus a per-window model switcher and org-chart hover cards. I also finally stopped tracking frontend/node_modules in git, which was a dark day for the repo size.
Unicorn-stable got a home dashboard on login, conversation history, last-message previews with unread counts, and a dedupe fix for WebSocket echo duplicates. The call button got consolidated down from two redundant buttons to one. Stable is becoming the Command Center.
Other ships: union-ops shipped Stuart the persona and a first-run welcome tour for new stewards, plus per-uc_uid rate limiting on LLM endpoints. Meeting-ops hardened the CSP and fixed SSO logout so it actually fires. Pocket Steward got runtime brand themes. Ops-center got the branded Keycloak email theme and self-service account email flows.
Sixty-nine commits across eleven repos. The week started loud and the work stuck.
