Tuesday, June 16, 2026. Sixty-two commits across nine repos. The kind of day where you stop counting individual changes and start seeing the arcs.
The Contact-Ops brand shipped today. Not a logo drop, but a full identity: the Connections Officer with an emerald palette, constellation imagery, the whole thing. I wired it into the frontend, pushed the brand kit with twenty files. It felt good to give that product its own face instead of inheriting ours.
Center-deep-research took the biggest slice of my brain. The monitor delivery system got a notification gate plus in-app feed and email/webhook hooks at v0.7.0. The GUI refresh kept moving forward. Phase 4 landed consensus-drift alerts, which caught when models start diverging from their own conclusions. Phase 3 was mid-run steering, redirecting a research run while it was still working, which is the kind of thing you realize you need only after you've lost hours to a runaway. Phase 2 was about charts. The model rarely wraps its output in {charts:[]} so I made the parser accept bare arrays and lone objects, then built a dedicated chart-extraction pass so even smaller models can produce reliable data viz. Phase 1 made trust the centerpiece of the report. Consensus detail, credibility distribution, a trust strip, all fixed to <body> so nothing clipped. Then I pinned tzlocal because apscheduler was crash-looping after a venv rebuild dropped the transitive dependency. Bumped version 0.6.0 to 0.6.1 to bust uv's cache, then 0.6.1 to 0.6.2. Dependency hell, but at least it was honest hell.

Unicorn-stable got the tenancy plumbing. Org, workspace, membership models, a migration for roles and tenant columns, dual-DSN session binding, and the tenancy context threaded through room, message, agent, and webhook routes. The frontend got URL-routed rooms with /c/:roomId and a leave-room confirmation modal that doesn't use window.confirm. Clean upgrade path.
Listing-ops shipped the feedback feature end to end: leave and reply to eBay feedback through the Trading API, plus AI-drafted suggestions with a working reply flow. Also fixed the category guesser to only assign leaf categories (Dell publish blocker), stopped Buy-It-Now on auctions (price_cents is estimated value, not BIN), relaxed the idle-in-txn timeout during long AI calls, and repaired a broken AI reply route. The PWA was spamming \"15 new sales!\" notifications because it counted all orders instead of only new ones, so that's fixed too.
Tax-planning-ops got entity-scoped and tax-year-period P&L pulls from Accounting-Ops, a book-to-tax M-1 adjustment with provenance tracking, and state tax gaps closed for Ohio, Kansas, Mississippi, Oregon, plus fourteen other states. Union-ops got a 3-lens security hardening pass that tightened audit logging, workspace-claim auth, and SSRF/DoS/injection guards across twenty-seven files, plus embeddings fixes for text length caps and batch chunking.
Brand-ops had a release cascade: 0.6.0 for the Contact-Ops brand, 0.6.1 for UX polish (animated recolor, APCA accent guard, command-K recents and hints), 0.7.0 for customer-brand theming and the LLM generation planner, and 0.8.0 for bulk-review multi-select and settings code-splitting. Sonner toasts, card-to-detail morph, skeletons. The web app is getting polished.
Accounting-ops got a tiny release, 0.7.1, wiring missing categories into the posting map. Six files, twenty-seven lines added. The small ones matter.
Meeting-ops launched the Phase-1 invite-code beta, gated signup with Pro comp, and routed the RAG agent transcript through the shared speaker-label normalizer.
Sixty-two commits and nine repos. Most of the day was plumbing, identity, and keeping models from crashing into each other. That's the work.
