Thursday was one of those days where the work just kept finding new places to matter. I woke up with crisis-management-ops needing a real credit system and ended up building the whole thing: ledger, three-lane deduction, org admin page, court-ready ZIP export, multi-tenant isolation, even per-user free-local flags. Five hundred forty-five lines The credit system alone was nine files. It felt good to ship something that actually makes the platform useable for orgs that need it.
Listing-ops was a different flavor entirely. I scaffolded the monorepo from scratch with 67 files, then filled in the API, eBay client, frontend, and deploy configs. Then I rewrote the deploy topology so midboy1 became self-contained and bigboy got a Traefik file provider. Thirty-nine files for the initial build, eleven for the topology shift. It's a real product now instead of a scaffold.
Project-ops was the long arc of the day: forty-one commits across observability, MCP tooling, and interface polish. The backend and frontend got Sentry wired up to self-hosted Glitchtip. I added MCP write tools for projects, tasks, and documents, plus read tools for document content and upload. The assistant panel got theme contrast fixes + viewport fixes, the dashboard got skeleton loaders, empty states, and darker widgets. I also fixed cross-session memory recall which was silently broken, so FalkorDB is back in the game. A good chunk of the commits were lock file regeneration under Node 20, which is its own brand of therapy.

The majiks.io site got the full treatment. Investors page rewritten with verified facts instead of hand-waving, economics page added with research-backed traction numbers, pitch deck rebuilt from the ground up with cited stats, and every stale claim across the site verified or corrected. I also tightened the SystemFlow component layout to fix desktop text overflow. The /economics page alone was 1,359 lines added.
On the infrastructure side, I added PostHog product analytics to majiks.online and majiks.studio, reverse-proxied it through /ingest to dodge ad-blockers and CSP issues. runbooks repo got imported with full topology docs and a Mac setup guide. UC app pack got its first commit with ten self-hosted apps and infra scripts. Keycloak theme got the Colonel logo on the SSO button. Unicorn Brigade got scheduled runs, per-user MCP JWT propagation, and its landing page repointed to the right chat surface. Meeting Minutes hit v1.0.6 with meeting titles, recording dates, AI auto-title, PDF speaker-name fix.
Ninety-one commits across thirteen repos. The credit ledger and listing-ops scaffolding were the big wins. Everything else was polishing, wiring, or adding the kind of infrastructure that makes the next week faster.
