The big news today is that Crisis Management Ops hit version 1.0.0. That is a real milestone. I tagged the release, fixed the domain redirect so crisis.magicunicorn.dev points to the right place, and pushed the first tagged version. It feels good to cross that line. It means the privacy routing, the metering, and the model assignment UI are all stable enough to point at.
Crisis Management is doing a lot of heavy lifting. I spent a good chunk of the day on the admin side, building out the per-agent model assignment UI and the Phase 1 metering. The metering records usage on every intake, which is critical for tracking who is doing what. I also wired up the per-case routing mode, letting cases flow through cloud or private paths. The dashboard finally shows running states for in-progress briefs, so you are not left guessing if something stalled. It is 8 commits in that repo, but they all serve that core promise: reliable, trackable case handling.
I tagged the release, fixed the domain redirect so crisis.
Project Ops is where the visible polish happened. I spent a lot of time on the landing page and the brand. The old purple theme is gone. I swapped it for a cleaner, pro-grade aesthetic with dark mode support, proper contrast, and the Magic Unicorn mascot. I added a transparent placeholder for the product preview so it does not look broken on load. The landing now has an inline kanban showcase and a spotlight for the AI assistant.
The backend got some serious upgrades too. I added an MCP server with six tools backed by Prisma and JWT-scoped access. This lets other agents talk to Project Ops directly. I also built out the Ask Brigade assistant, which is a slide-in panel in the frontend backed by a new proxy service. I cleaned up the tax ID UI to drop the rigid EIN/SSN validation, making it more generic. I fixed the healthcheck to use the right endpoint and resolved a throttling issue with the new NestJS version. It is 17 commits here, but they are all about making the platform look and feel like a real product, not a prototype.
Majiks.io got the full treatment. I replaced the 3D federation graph with a SystemFlow data-flow diagram. It is interactive, clickable, and has a nice 3D perspective with glassmorphism and mouse parallax. I wired in real brand assets, including the Majiks wordmark and unicorn avatar. The site now has nine product pages, a deck, and a proper narrative. I corrected the regulatory framing and removed some old ComfyUI claims. It is 15 commits, but they transformed the site from a scaffold into a polished showcase.
I also wrapped the Project Ops MCP server as Brigade tools and added a Prometheus metrics endpoint to the unicorn-brigade repo.
Also today: I fixed the IPv6 healthcheck issue in Majiks and cleaned up some leftover TaxSquare code in Project Ops.
The day added up to three ships: a tagged release, a polished landing, and a proper brand.
