Thursday, 2026-03-26. Twenty commits across eight repos. The kind of day where the headline isn't the biggest feature but the one that stops the app from feeling like a prototype.
Majiks Art Studio finally got the treatment it needed. We shipped v1.5.0, which is less about a single new tool and more about the flow of the whole experience. The first pass brought in collections, batch generation, and drag-drop support. It was functional, but it felt clunky. So we dug back in. The second pass added pagination, cancel buttons, Spotlight indexing, keyboard shortcuts, and dark mode. That last bit matters more than you’d think. When you’re staring at a gallery of generated images for an hour, a white background is a enemy. We also hardened the production layer. Security checks, data protection, and a full test suite. It’s the boring stuff that keeps the lights on.
Majiks Broadcaster got a similar squeeze. We released v1.3.0, which included a twenty-two issue audit fix, multi-codec streaming, and scheduled broadcasts. But the real win was the tests. We added twenty-nine passing unit tests and wired up the ScheduleView. You can’t trust a broadcast engine that you haven’t proven won’t crash when the network blips.

On the web side, Majiks.online got a visual upgrade that actually matters. We upgraded the visualizer, added a download format selector, and fixed genre artwork. The karaoke feature got word-by-word highlighting in both the lyrics panel and the fullscreen view. It’s a small detail, but it changes how people sing along. We also fixed a UI bug where the playlist dropdown was hiding behind cards. Fixed positioning did the trick. Public playlists are now live, and we cleaned up the creators page pricing.
The ops side got an authenticated inference proxy with Redis password extraction. It’s a backend change, but it means the app is safer. We also modernized the app cards and fixed profile uploads.
I started scaffolding email-cleaner-mac today. It’s a new project, provider layer, build prompts. It’s early days.
Also today: Majiks.studio increased the hero app icon size for better visual impact, and uc-cloud updated the ops-center submodule.
It was a day of closing loops. Not launching rockets, but making sure the rocket doesn’t leak fuel. The code is cleaner, the tests are green, and the apps feel finished.
