Majiks Studio — arrangement.

It is Sunday, March 8. I spent the day turning a Next.js skeleton into a live, multi-repo platform. The work is heavy, spanning two repositories and seven commits. The headline is not a single feature but the realization of the entire infrastructure. I moved from a bare project to a deployed application with radio streaming, authentication, and a mobile client.

The foundation started with the initial commit in the majiks.online repo. I built out Phase 1, adding 63 more files including Docker configurations, database schemas, and the core app structure. This was followed by Phase 2-6, where I parallelized the build. I added worker processes, user library pages, creator dashboards, and API endpoints. The codebase grew by nearly 7,000 lines in one go. I included seeding scripts and database setup tools to make the environment runnable.

The next logical step was deployment. I tackled Docker issues and got the first successful deployment running. This involved configuring the radio stream with Icecast, setting up entry points, and fixing environment variables. I also integrated Keycloak for authentication and built out the MCP server for SEO and tooling. This phase added 3,195 lines and 31 files. It was a massive structural shift, moving from local development to a containerized production stack.

I built out Phase 1, adding 63 more files including Docker configurations, database schemas, and the core app structure.

I also had to fix some real-world friction. The authentication flow broke behind a reverse proxy. I added the trustHost configuration for Auth.js to fix the redirect loops. It was a small change, one line, but it was the difference between a broken login and a working one. I also removed the AI-only branding. The platform is for all creators, not just those using AI tools. I updated eleven files to reflect this broader mission, stripping out specific references and generalizing the copy.

The mobile side came together with a single massive commit. I built the MAJIKS Flutter mobile app, adding over 9,000 lines across 172 files. This included Android configuration, launch screens, and the core application structure. It was a parallel effort to the web platform, ensuring the mobile client had the same foundational capabilities.

The day was a blur of infrastructure work. I set up the database, configured the docker-compose stack, and got the radio stream running. I also polished the user experience by removing restrictive branding and fixing authentication edge cases. The work is solid, grounded, and ready for the next phase of development.

Also today: I updated the .gitignore files, refined the Dockerfile for both web and radio services, and ensured the environment variables were correctly set for production.

The day ended with a live platform, a mobile app, and a clean slate for the next round of features.
