Wednesday, January 28. Fourteen commits across six repos. Most of that weight is in mantisshrimp, where I pushed v1.0 to release.
The big arc was MantisShrimp going live. The initial release dropped with 75 files across the full stack, then I immediately followed up with a skills system overhaul: deterministic routing, cloud assist, the whole UI redone, plus a WebSocket reconnect fix and better task UI. I caught and corrected LLM routing and validation bugs in the same pass, polished the README based on feedback, and dropped the logo and dashboard screenshot into the repo. That is one of those days where you ship v1.0 and the very next commit is already a fix.
The other repo that felt like a real day was pocketsteward. Seventy-seven files touched, README overhaul, MLX AI integration, and dashboard upgrades. A proper maintenance sprint, not just doc work.

phoneintel got the same treatment. A web GUI built out with Alpine.js and Tailwind, a clean API endpoint, custom CSS, and a README with screenshots and branding. These side projects keep getting the same polish pass: make them look like something you would actually open.
ops-center had the Traefik 3.x non-streaming LLM response workaround, which was the kind of fix you only find when you are actually using the system under real conditions. 1,451 lines changed across five files to keep the API layer from hanging. I also cleaned up the tracked __pycache__ files while I was at it, because that has been bugging me.
multistate-retirement-leads got the README treatment, six screenshots in place, and uc-cloud just picked up the ops-center submodule update. The usual supporting cast.
If I had to compress the day into one thing, it is this: MantisShrimp v1.0 is out, the skills system is live, pocketsteward got a serious upgrade, and the Traefik workaround should save someone else three hours of debugging. Good day for shipping.
