I kicked things off by landing Citizens Medical Center as a project. The initial commit dropped the entire modernization proposal into the repo along with a few hundred supporting files. The board summary, the proposal, the styled PDFs, the demo assets, the whole package. It was a big initial dump and felt good to see the scope on disk.

After that I switched gears to phoneintel and added a Twilio CNAM lookup plus a GUI settings API. That was the kind of work I like: small surface area, clear purpose. The settings API lets a graphical frontend read and write the phoneintel configuration instead of editing JSON files by hand. The CNAM collector pulls the name tied to a phone number from Twilio and wires it into the existing collector pipeline. Ten files changed, about a thousand lines added. Tight.

Those two repos covered the day.

One was a big landing, one was a precision edit. Both shipped.
