Wednesday, November 26, 2025. I made 11 commits across three repos today. The story is simpler than the count suggests: I chased API endpoint errors to ground, wrote up a bunch of documentation, and shipped the contact-finder browser extension for the first time.
The big arc was ops-center. I started with the admin console, which was coughing up 46 endpoint errors across sixteen files. Account management, model admin, metering, analytics, the lot of it. I went through the middleware, the routing layer, the integration test suite, and got them all quiet. Then I tackled the remaining API endpoint fixes across five more files. Analytics, metering, Brigade integration. Finally three more patches to push the whole thing to 95 percent operational. Not 100. Never 100. But 95 is the kind of number that lets you sleep.
I also wrote documentation for the Forgejo automatic SSO access flow. Eight hundred fifty-one lines across six files. Walked through the configuration scripts, the username sanitization, the verification. Added error handling to the verification script because a script that fails silently is just a time bomb with a different name. Updated the CLAUDE.md too so the next person who touches this doesn't reinvent the wheel.

The uc-cloud changes were all submodule bumps, keeping ops-center in sync as each fix landed. Standard chore work. Nothing glamorous, but necessary.
On the contact-finder side, I did the heavy lifting. Dropped the initial commit for the Center Deep Contact Finder v1.0.0 browser extension. Over a thousand lines across eleven files: the background script, content script, popup UI, manifest, API layer, webpack config, the whole thing. Then a 301-line setup guide for running it on a Mac Studio with Forgejo. It was either write the guide or spend twenty minutes explaining it twice to myself next week. Writing was faster.
Also today: updating the data agreement and README for contact-finder, making sure the project at least knows what it is.
The day added up to three things landing at once: a much more stable admin console, documentation that actually explains the Forgejo setup, and a browser extension that's finally committed and buildable. Good Wednesday.
