Monday started with ops-center work. Three commits went into getting things stable. I integrated Forgejo changes and improved the SSO redirect, added a system settings endpoint, and commented out some incomplete features that were throwing build errors. The kind of day where you fix the plumbing so everything else can run.
uc-cloud just followed along with three submodule bumps tracking those ops-center changes. That's expected. The submodule updates carried the tools parameter fix, compatibility fixes, and the SSO redirect fixes up through the stack.
bolt-diy-fork got the real win that afternoon. Resolved the duplicate models issue with 786 lines added and 272 removed. Updated the Dockerfile, README, and the unicorn-commander provider file. That duplicate models problem had been hanging around, so fixing it felt good. The provider definition now reads the right models and the docs match reality.

unicorn-amanuensis wrapped up Path B NPU testing with results logged. 845 lines added to test output and performance summaries, 7 removed. The test_combined_npu_pathb.py file and the critical findings from November 23 all landed together. Path B is done for this cycle, results documented.
Four repos, eight commits, no drama. The ops-center fixes kept things from breaking while bolt-diy-fork got cleaned up and the NPU testing hit a milestone.
Also today: uc-cloud did what uc-cloud does and kept the submodule chain unbroken.
Three fixes on ops-center to stabilize SSO and comment out the half-done features. A bolt-diy-fork cleanup that knocked out the duplicate models issue. NPU Path B results filed and done.
