Thursday, November 20, 2025. Three commits across three repos, not a lot of surface area but a real thread connecting them.
The thread starts in ops-center, where the avatar storage module was missing a CORP header for COEP compatibility. That's one of those quiet browser security things that doesn't show up in errors until something simply refuses to load and the DevTools console gives you nothing useful. The fix was straightforward: add the header and move on. Three hundred seventy-two lines added to backend/avatar_storage.py, all in one shot.
Then uc-cloud needed to track that change, so I bumped the ops-center submodule pointer. That's the standard pattern: fix in the service, point the parent at the new commit. One line changed in services/ops-center.
I pulled a change that fetches both curated and categorized models, landing in the unicorn commander provider.
The third piece came from bolt-diy-fork. I pulled a change that fetches both curated and categorized models, landing in the unicorn commander provider. Thirty-nine lines added, twenty-one removed in a single file at app/lib/modules/llm/providers/unicorn-commander.ts. That's a feature commit, not a tweak: the provider now pulls from both model sources instead of just one. It's the kind of thing that makes the system more useful without being loudly visible.
Three repos, one kind of day. One fix that was about browser security, one submodule bump that was about keeping things in sync, and one feature that was about giving the provider more data to work with. Nothing exploded. Nothing needed rewinding.
Also today: the usual.
