Listing-Ops — bulk import.

Monday started with the kind of plumbing work that usually goes unnoticed until it breaks everything. I spent the day connecting Ops-Center to Lago and OpenRouter, building a billing chain that actually tracks LLM credits instead of letting them vanish into the ether. It meant writing migrations, fixing startup crashes, and updating documentation to reflect the new reality. By noon, the credit system was live in litellm_credit_system.py, and the API wiring was done.

But the real energy shift happened in loopnet-leads. I built out a smart LLM tier system tied to Ops-Center accounts, which required 2,000 lines of code across ten files. Then I dumped a production-ready documentation haul across 148 files. Fifty-five thousand lines of guides and references. The codebase is small, but the explanation of it is enormous. I also pulled all inline styles out of center-deep-pro for CSP compliance, touching forty-eight files. It felt like documenting my own surgery while still bleeding, but the CSS is clean now.

Tuesday was about structure over noise. I locked down Project Canvas in center-deep-pro, pushing 4,045 lines of changes to get the canvas rendering right. The scheduler and executor stopped tripping over their feet. I also updated the default AI models in loopnet-leads to the November 2025 lineup, testing the new tiers and rewriting over 500 lines of documentation to match. The infrastructure layer got its own update with Forgejo integration in ops-center and OAuth2 SSO deployments for Presenton, Bolt.diy, and PartnerPulse in uc-cloud.

I built out a smart LLM tier system tied to Ops-Center accounts, which required 2,000 lines of code across ten files.

The heavy lift came when I spun up partnerpulse as a standalone project. That was over 67,000 lines of code across 203 files. It’s the skeleton of the next big thing, and it’s breathing. I polished the search UI in center-deep-pro and set up monitoring dashboards in Grafana and Prometheus. If something breaks, we’ll see it coming.

Wednesday was a refactoring day. I spent the day splitting Bolt.diy and Presenton out of uc-cloud and into their own repos. It felt like rearranging furniture while the party was still going on. Bolt.diy-fork got the heaviest load, with 1,874 new lines across 30 files to handle its own model list. Ops-center grew a Model List Management feature, adding 4,491 lines across nine files. Presenton-fork absorbed the same pattern, with 6,986 lines across 44 files, mostly documentation and architecture diagrams. I want whoever picks this up six months from now to be able to read the diagrams and not ask me questions.

Thursday was quiet surface area with a deep thread. I fixed a missing CORP header in ops-center for COEP compatibility, adding 372 lines to backend/avatar_storage.py. I bumped the ops-center submodule in uc-cloud to track that change. Then I updated bolt-diy-fork to fetch both curated and categorized models in the unicorn commander provider. Three repos, one kind of day. Nothing exploded. Nothing needed rewinding.

Friday started in the silicon trenches. I got the first custom LayerNorm kernel running on the Phoenix NPU in unicorn-amanuensis. That was the payoff after days of fighting the hardware, touching 15 files with 2,440 lines added. Then I landed hardware-optimized Whisper encoder v2, bringing a 6.3x speedup. That commit was nearly 10,000 lines across 27 files. I followed it up with a v2 correction that trimmed it to a 6.0x speedup. The Python 3.13 workaround probably counts as a third kind of bug. Dependency hell is a joke when the dependency is a neural processing unit with an incomplete API reference.

Over in bolt-diy-fork, I built a three-provider system: Unicorn Commander, BYOK, and All Models. I simplified the dropdown and fixed the Vite dev server so it would stop blocking the bolt.unicorncommander.ai hostname. Two repos, seven commits, and a Friday that turned into a deep dive into custom kernels and provider architecture.

Saturday arrived and I spent it wrestling two very different kinds of friction. One was stubborn, low-level hardware acceleration in the speech pipeline. The other was a subtle navigation bug that had been sending users into Keycloak limbo. Both are resolved. The day started with the heavy lifting in unicorn-amanuensis, where I finally closed the loop on the dual-path NPU acceleration strategy.

Meanwhile, I fixed a redirect bug in ops-center that was sending users into Keycloak limbo. I switched to using window.location directly in three files to ensure the redirect happens at the browser level. I updated the ops-center submodule in uc-cloud twice to pull in those changes. In bolt-diy-fork, I updated the Unicorn Commander provider to show only curated models, cleaning up the UI and stopping the noise.

Sunday was a one-commit day, but it carried the weight. I documented a critical bug in the NPU Mel kernel, adding a CRITICAL_FINDING_NOV23.md and a PERFORMANCE_SUMMARY_NOV23.md. That was 581 lines added across four files. Writing documentation for a bug can feel like paperwork, but when the kernel is in a fragile state, the docs are the thing that keeps people from losing time reproducing what we already know.

One repo, one commit. But the kind of one-commit day where the single thing actually matters. Tomorrow there are probably more commits. Today there was clarity.
