The headline today wasn’t the noise; it was the structure. I spent the morning locking down Project Canvas in center-deep-pro. It wasn’t just a feature drop; it was a cleanup of the knowledge projects model initialization order and a massive UI overhaul. I pushed 4,045 lines of changes across 15 files to get the canvas rendering right. The documentation followed immediately, adding 281 lines to explain what I just built. It’s clean now. The scheduler and executor are talking to each other without tripping over their own feet.

While the canvas was settling, I had to deal with the eternal drift of AI models. In loopnet-leads, I updated the default models to the November 2025 lineup. This wasn’t a trivial config swap. I tested the new tiers, verified the providers, and updated the seed scripts to match. The documentation got a rewrite too, with over 500 lines added to reflect the new research and configuration. You can’t build on a foundation that moves under your feet, so I made sure the stack was locked to what actually works today.

The infrastructure layer got some serious love too. I added Forgejo to ops-center with dynamic tier-based access control. This ties directly into uc-cloud, where I deployed Presenton, Bolt.diy, and PartnerPulse with OAuth2 SSO. It’s a bit of a dance to get the submodules right, but uc-cloud now reflects the new Forgejo integration. The billing plans were created, and the OAuth2 proxies were configured. It’s not just code; it’s the plumbing that keeps the other apps from falling into the void.

While the canvas was settling, I had to deal with the eternal drift of AI models.

I also spent some time looking at the hardware. In unicorn-orator, the NPU 2-tile fix is complete. The VibeVoice GPU acceleration work is documented, and the investigation into the XCLBIN files is wrapped up. It’s good to see the numbers on the report cards improving.

Also today: I spun up partnerpulse as a standalone project with full UC-Cloud integration. That was a heavy lift, adding over 67,000 lines of code across 203 files. It’s the skeleton of the next big thing, and it’s breathing. I also polished the search UI in center-deep-pro and set up the monitoring dashboards in Grafana and Prometheus. If something breaks, we’ll see it coming.

This was a day of tying loose ends. The canvas is ready, the models are current, and the new apps are hooked into the main grid. It feels like the pieces are finally clicking into place.
