Unicorn Commander — services.

Sunday, October 12, 2025. Four commits. Two repos. I started the day by bootstrapping Unicorn Brigade from scratch. The initial commit dropped 113,192 lines across 339 files. That's the full agent infrastructure platform. Everything landed at once.

I documented the platform. The agent builder report, competitive analysis, Docker deployment guide, setup docs. It was a lot of scaffolding, but scaffolding that actually works. The whole thing is a deployable platform, not a wireframe.

The second half of the day went to uc-cloud. The billing system integration was the main event. 172,916 lines added, 3,055 removed, across 490 files. That's a billing subsystem going from concept to deployed. I restructured the environment config, rewrote the deployment modes, and fixed the signup flow so it doesn't break when someone actually tries to create an account.

I restructured the environment config, rewrote the deployment modes, and fixed the signup flow so it doesn't break when someone actually tries to create an account.

The billing work was the kind of thing that looks like a single task until you start and discover it's really four tasks wearing a trench coat. Payment processing, subscription tiers, webhook handling, the signup flow that actually connects to billing. I knocked them all out in one shot.

I also overhauled the uc-cloud README. 435 lines added, 289 removed. Screenshots, an accurate description, the whole thing. It's been sitting in a state that doesn't reflect what the platform actually does anymore. Cleaning that up matters more than you'd think for anyone landing on the page for the first time.

The last commit tied the two repos together. I added Unicorn Brigade to the uc-cloud ecosystem docs with LangChain and mem0 references. It's the first public acknowledgment that these platforms exist as a stack, not silos.

Also today: I wrote more documentation than I typically do on a Sunday, which is saying something. But the docs were the missing piece. Both projects are functional without them, but they're ship-shape with them.

The day added up to two projects landing in a more complete state than when they started. Unicorn Brigade went from nothing to a deployable platform. uc-cloud went from incomplete billing to a working system with a signup flow that doesn't lie.
