Today was the day the dust settled. I spent the morning turning the raw code into something that actually looks like a product. The goal was simple: make LoopNet Lead Enrichment CRM look like it belongs in a professional workflow, not just a GitHub dump.
It started with the README. I realized the old one was doing the project a disservice. It was too sparse. I rewrote the intro to be sharper and more direct. I wanted anyone landing on the repo to understand the value proposition immediately without hunting through documentation. I added a comprehensive guide section that covers the essentials. It is not just a list of files. It is a map of how the system works. I also updated the Traefik deployment docs to match the current setup. The diff was heavy. I added hundreds of lines and cut a lot of the fluff. It feels cleaner now.
Then came the screenshots. I had been working on the AI queue, the contacts view, and the upload flow. I needed proof that the UI actually works. I took professional captures of those screens and placed them in the .github/images folder. I linked them into the README so they are front and center. It makes the project feel real. You can see the interface. You can see the data. It is better than any abstract description I could write.
I realized the old one was doing the project a disservice.
Under the hood, the repo structure is solid. The initial commit brought in over twenty thousand lines of code across a hundred files. I have the architecture docs, the agent specs, and the deployment guides all in place. The Houston healthcare and retail datasets are there. The system is ready to run.
I did not touch the code logic today. The engine is built. The focus was entirely on presentation and documentation. This is often the hardest part. It is easy to write code. It is harder to explain why it matters. I think I nailed the balance. The README tells the story. The screenshots show the reality. The docs back it up.
Also today: I pushed the final polish to the repo. The project is no longer just a collection of scripts. It is a documented, visual, deployable tool.
The work is done. The story is clear. LoopNet Leads is ready for anyone who wants to use it.
