Thursday, August 7, 2025. Six commits across three repos.
I pushed 12,162 lines of new code and cleaned up 1,963 of the old. That is not a typo. It is a complete restructure of the dashboard and the underlying service management layer. I added the Deep Center views, the driver installation scripts for NVIDIA hardware, and the system verification checks. It feels solid now. The admin can actually see what is happening in the machine without guessing. I also updated the main README to include screenshots of this new center. It helps to show people what they are getting into.
While that was baking, I tackled the embeddings and reranker services. I upgraded them to use better models. It is a quiet change but important. The .env templates, the Dockerfiles, and the server code all got touched. I want the search results to be sharper, not just faster. The line count was small, but the quality difference should be noticeable. I also fixed a bug where the README screenshots had long filenames. I cleaned them up so the images actually render.

The other big thing was the meeting ops. I finished the unified recording interface. It now uses the NPU for transcription. That is the key part. The backend code for the fast NPU transcriber and the audio processor is in. I added the configuration files and the scripts to set up the default users. It is a complete package now. The system can record a meeting, process the audio, and spit out text without needing a full CPU load. That is the goal.
On the creative side, I pushed a small update to the ad design site. I added shooting stars to the background. It is a nice touch for the landing page. I also set up a lightbox gallery for the images and hooked up real event tracking. It is good to see the site coming together. The CSS and the component files got a refresh. It is not the main work, but it is nice to polish the public face while the backend gets deep.
I did not have time to write a novel about this. The code speaks for itself. The Operations Center is live. The transcription is on the NPU. The embeddings are smarter. The stars are shooting. It was a long day of building and refining. I am ready to sleep.
