Unicorn Commander — settings.

Tuesday, July 29, 2025.

I finished the UC-1 Pro Admin Dashboard. That was the headline. 89 files, roughly 24,000 lines added and 1,000 removed, including the Grafana dashboards (GPU monitoring, model performance, system overview), the Prometheus datasource, the Ollama extension, and the docker compose setups. Authentication is wired in. The whole thing ships as a single commit because it was a single coherent block of work. It felt like giving a body to something that had been all skeleton up to now.

Also today, Meeting-Ops went from a folder of architecture docs and half-written backends into a real project with an initial commit (233 files) and installation docs with an automated setup script. That was the seed. It is not polished, but it exists now as something you can clone, run, and break.

The whole thing ships as a single commit because it was a single coherent block of work.

Two repos, three commits. The admin dashboard was the day. Everything else was planting a flag.

The dashboard is the control surface for the UC-1 Pro infrastructure. Grafana dashboards for GPU utilization, model performance metrics, and a system overview. Prometheus pulling the data. An Ollama extension for local model runs. Docker compose tying it all together. Authentication protecting the access points. It is a lot of surface area to hold, and the commit reflects that. Eighty-nine changed files in one shot.

Meeting-Ops got its first real commit. The backend scaffolding, Dockerfiles, a Postgres and Qdrant setup, an Nginx configuration, a master priority checklist, system architecture docs. Plus an INSTALL.md and a setup-ubuntu.sh script so someone can actually stand it up without reading three README files and guessing. The project is raw, but it is no longer just a concept.

That is the arc of the day. One ship that has been simmering finally cleared the dock, and one thing that needed a body got its first real bones.
