Listing-Ops — listing detail.

Monday started with a heavy lift in the adorna-ecommerce repo, and honestly, it was the only thing that mattered today. I spent the morning getting the visual assets into the codebase properly. That meant setting up Git LFS for the product images and screenshots. It was a bit of a chore pushing over 224 image files through the pipeline, but seeing the gallery actually populate with Gina’s work and the product shots makes the friction worth it. I also took the time to add the initial project structure, which was a massive commit of over 27,104 lines. That gave the whole site its skeleton, from the Docker configuration to the master plan documents.

With the skeleton in place, I shifted focus to the admin side of things. Security is not optional, so I added password protection to the admin panel. It was a quick addition to the AdminPage component, but it closes a critical gap. I also slipped in a simple admin link in the footer so the team can find the login page without digging through the DOM. To keep the chaos at bay for future me, I wrote up a CLAUDE.md file with project documentation. It lays out the context and rules so I don’t have to reconstruct the mental model every time I come back to this repo.

While Adorna was getting its body, I spent the afternoon tightening up the data infrastructure across the other three projects. It’s the same pattern every week: get the social profiles into the Data Intel catalogue. I updated lavora-lead-gen, magic-unicorn-outreach, and multistate-retirement-leads to send their social profile data to the Data Intel catalogue. It’s boring, repetitive work, but it keeps the enrichment pipelines fed. In multistate-retirement-leads, I also updated the CLI enrichment script to send social profiles to the Data Intel catalogue. These are the quiet maintenance tasks that keep the business running, even if they don’t make for exciting reading.

With the skeleton in place, I shifted focus to the admin side of things.

I wrapped up the day with 8 commits across 4 repos. The big win is clearly Adorna. It went from a concept to a functional site with images, docs, and a secured admin area. The rest was just plumbing, making sure the data moves correctly from the lead gen tools into the Data Intel catalogue. It was a solid day of building and fixing. The site looks good, the data flows, and I didn’t have to debug any dependency hell. That is a win.

Most of my Tuesday was spent making repos look good enough that someone might actually click into them. Four README overhauls, three of them with screenshots, plus the unicorncommander.com doc getting a full ecosystem showcase. I don’t usually spend this much time on documentation, but empty repos with no screenshots are the fastest way to lose someone’s attention.

The one that actually took work was centerdeep-data-intel. That was the heavier day underneath all the doc polish: a major GUI overhaul and analytics backend expansion that touched 13 files with over six thousand lines added. Added rich company classification and social profile support too, so the catalogue side actually has substance now, not just a shell. Wrote a comprehensive README for it as well. The interface is starting to look like something a real person would use daily.

The quieter commits were the ones I actually care about more. lavora-lead-gen, magic-unicorn-outreach, and multistate-retirement-leads all got updates to send richer company data to Data Intel. Not flashy, but it closes a gap that’s been bugging me for a while. The enrichment pipeline gets proper context instead of stripped-down payloads. cmc-demo got a README with screenshots, which is just housekeeping, but the demo deserves to look polished.

adorna-ecommerce, prolificsounds.com, and unicorncommander.com all got README treatments too. Screenshots uploaded, old content trimmed, the whole deal. 13 commits across 8 repos, and half of them are just making things presentable.

What shipped today is: a Data Intel platform with a real frontend and better data models, richer company enrichment across three lead-gen repos, and a bunch of documentation that finally makes these projects look like they’re meant for humans to read.

Wednesday, two commits, not a lot to write home about, but both of them matter.

The bigger one was switching our contact enrichment from BrightData to Serper.dev. That was a multi-file change. I pulled out BrightData, wired up Serper.dev, updated the environment config, and adjusted a few downstream services that depended on it. Nothing philosophical, just a practical vendor swap. The old provider wasn’t going anywhere, but this one fits better, and the migration path was cleaner than I expected. Six files touched, net positive line count. It shipped.

The other commit was fixing permit lead parsing and bumping LLM token limits. The LLM filter was choking on long inputs because the token ceiling was too tight. I raised it and cleaned up the parser logic in the lead services. Reddit scraper got a small tweak too. Five files, roughly balanced add vs remove. The kind of fix you make after watching the logs and going "yeah that’s not going to end well."

Also today: updating the docker compose ops config, tweaking the Vite dev config on the frontend so everything still lines up on both sides.

It’s a plumbing day. Nobody’s going to write a blog post about replacing a data provider or bumping a token limit, but that’s the work. You swap out the piece that’s worn, you tighten the thing that was leaking, and you keep going.

Thursday, January 22. Five commits. One repo. Three clear arcs and a lot of noise.

The Settings page was the thing I kept coming back to. The first commit added Granite 3.3 2B as a highlighted top performer, a small bump. The real work was the second commit, which overhauled the whole page for multi-provider LLM support, adding 447 lines and removing 149. I rewired how the UI presents provider choices, so you can actually see what’s available and switch between them instead of guessing.

Lead discovery got multi-state support. I pushed that through the scheduler and the bulk discovery pipeline, plus the frontend control on the BulkEnrichment page. The scheduler got its own multi-state handling, so you can toggle states without fighting the backend. It’s 658 lines added across three files in the backend and one in the frontend. Not huge, but it changes how the tool works when you’re working across SC and TX simultaneously, which is the use case that matters.

The third arc was a broad sweep of GUI fixes, data quality improvements, and a new analysis report. That’s 2,361 lines added across 32 files. It touched everything from config and data quality routes to enrichment, Google Places, stats, and LLM providers. I added a new enrichment regions migration, rewrote parts of the lead quality service, and cleaned up the router layer. A lot of that was cleanup and polish, making sure the tool actually works well in practice, not just on paper.

Also today: the CLAUDE.md got updated.

It was a solid day. I didn’t chase novelty, I just kept making the tool work better in the areas that actually matter, and the numbers show it. 5 commits, 3,077 lines added, 929 removed. A net gain of 2,148 lines, spread across three distinct areas of the product. The Settings page is easier to use now, discovery works across multiple states without breaking, and the data quality
