Friday usually means wrapping up loose ends, but today I spent the morning wrestling the fleet into a stable rhythm. The uuda agent had been churning through restart loops, so I split the lifetime restart logic from the actual restart loop. That fixed the churn. I also added a fleet liveness watchdog and a nightly PostgreSQL backup script. The macOS codesigning and .deb packaging scripts are added to the repo. I ran cargo fmt across the tree and made it a real CI gate, because if the code isn't formatted, it doesn't exist.
In the meeting ops repo, I tackled the session identity problem. The goal was simple: one call is one session, readable by the people who were in it. I moved participant visibility resolution from Python into JSON SQL, which cleaned up the logic significantly. The schema migration for meeting identity and the associated visibility tests came together nicely. It’s a solid foundation for how we handle recording and session permissions.
The avatar work was a bit of a cleanup spree. I brought dr-glitter-mane back into the roster family and fixed the sidekick to be a helper again, not an infantryman. More importantly, I committed the 42 roster portraits that had only been living in the container. They are now part of the source tree. This also touched the brand-ops repo, where I fixed the agent bio prompt so the image model actually receives the data, and corrected the cost governance so the spend meter runs on the HTTP MCP transport.

On the ops-center side, I cleaned up the marketplace listings to show exactly what each tier grants. I also fixed the service worker to stop swallowing /auth/* requests, which was causing issues with logout and storefront truth. The catalog now reflects reality.
Also today: I recovered some lost documentation for inference routing and nginx cache headers, and fixed a proxy issue where HTTPS requests were redirecting to HTTP because X-Forwarded-Proto wasn't being trusted. I also closed three deferred gaps in unicorn-stable: guest row lifecycle, invite-keyed rate limiting, and sidebar reflow.
It was a day of fixing foundations. The fleet is healthier, the avatars are visible, and the meeting sessions are correctly identified. The code is formatted, the packages are built, and the truth is in the catalog.
