I spent Tuesday chasing three threads at once and they all tangled into each other. The big one was contact-ops. I shipped the relationship graph end to end, A to Z directory, 3D visualization by default, node-card close, domain-to-organization enrichment, and avatar/logo nodes so the graph actually looked like people instead of dots. I also baked in a relationship category picker so each contact gets a friend/coworker/family tag. The graph was stubborn though. Three was throwing tick-of-undefined until I deduped three and d3-force-3d, bumped the version to 0.184, forced client-only imports, resolved color tokens to rgba, and swapped in default spheres. That was six commits just to make the 3D scene stop being blank.
Behind the graph, contact-ops got a Data Quality cockpit with junk-value reporting and safe normalizations, a Wave 4 merge-review UI for reversible organization merging, and a review-queue triage cockpit with range select, auto-advance, and a bulk bar. I also wired the sovereign local Qwen 3.6 35B as the analyst in the chat pipeline. The inbox bulk-approve flow got a real fix so it effects person.create on approval instead of just flipping status, and contacts got written to FalkorDB on approval. I hardened migrations, connector refresh, boot-guards, and RLS rebinding. The whole thing was a production-readiness pass, dropped demo placeholders, made the dashboard truthful, and made sure the avatar colors in the directory cards were deterministic.
ops-center got a billing overhaul. I built per-org gateway-key metering with a federated badge and analytics wiring. The admin console got an accuracy pass across billing, usage, profile pic, user tiers, and org admin. There was a never-lose-money pricing safeguard with scheduled refresh and hike detection, plus a "refresh from live" button pulling fresh OpenRouter rates. I closed a live unauthenticated data leak with a default-deny auth middleware hotfix, then spent the rest of the afternoon killing ~25 authed-500/503 admin endpoints and fixing gateway key provisioning so credentials resolved at call-time from the DB.

project-ops went deep on tenancy. Phase 2 of workspace isolation shipped across the board. I scoped PATs to workspaces at the app layer, wired auth login and profile to return a workspaces array for the switcher, built a frontend workspace switcher, seeded the Phase 2 workspace model, and ran a full §9 RLS integration suite with fixtures and a fail-closed write case. The time-tracking module got routed through a workspace GUC chokepoint across 17 files. Federation-trust ingest for trusted sibling apps landed too.
uc-meeting-ops got a Stripe TEST-mode switch so I could test upgrades without real charges, self-serve account deletion, a triage push federation token to project-ops, and tenancy hardening with an opt-in platform-admin god view.
The iOS app was the heaviest commit count but also the noisiest. I built on-device summarization with a chunk-map-reduce pipeline, wired the MLX Gemma runtime, added Wi-Fi-aware on-device model download with progress, and built a Session Detail summarizer. I added Live Activity support for recording with Dynamic Island and Lock Screen integration, killed the Apple SpeechAnalyzer path when it broke, and fixed audio-session OSStatus -50 errors. I also implemented in-app Delete Account, cleaned up the privacy manifest, dropped KeychainAccess, and gated SSO behind a flag. The iOS app was shaping up to be a real v1 candidate.
Also today: listing-ops got drag-and-drop photo reordering, one-click eBay publishing, and a round-robin bulk task fix across the P40s.
The day added up to three systems getting serious about isolation and real data, contact graph that actually shows people, project-ops that respects workspace boundaries, and ops-center that bills correctly instead of leaking data.
