Majiks Studio — Sterling session.

Friday arrived and the suite finally started talking to itself properly. Contact-Ops got a REST ingest seam that let other services push people into the system without round-tripping through a frontend. Meeting-Ops followed up with an outbound resolver plus auto-stamp so recordings tied back to contacts the moment they landed. Customer-Ops wired a shared Brigade token source across its client libraries, and Unicorn Brigade spun up the RFC-8693 token-exchange endpoint that made it all possible. Eleven repos touched federation today. The work held together because every service spoke the same keys and status vocab.

Email-Ops got the real heavy lifting. I built out the full cleanup write-path: batch staging, agent-inbox approval, the archive purge and restore vault flow, then vendored the Cleaner Engine as a FastAPI sidecar. That was 8,000 lines of new code across the backend and a brand new cockpit screen. I also fixed Auth behind Traefik and pinned Prisma binary targets so the bigboy deploy doesn't explode on Debian. The deploy bundle itself took nine files and a README so someone else doesn't have to reverse-engineer it next week.

Contact-Ops shipped v0.7.0 release markers alongside the federation scope-mapping fixes. Brigade callers were getting the wrong permissions because contacts:write didn't map to STAFF and contacts: scopes didn't resolve to person: scopes. Also added the .env.bak gitignore because I've been burned by secret-leak landmines before.

Customer-Ops got a Lead Ingestion cockpit screen and the durable ingest_lead pipeline underneath it. Sixteen files for the backend service, five for the frontend. Phase 6 is shaping up into a real leadgen pipeline instead of a demo.

On majiks.online I shipped Model D: pay for what you listen to. Stripe integration, per-track buy flow, monthly play limits, and split pricing pages to stop hiding the math from people. Staging got set up behind Traefik with a yellow banner so I can tell at a glance where I'm looking.

majiks.media got creator service opt-ins with a ship-dark gate so undeliverable services can't charge. Accounting-Ops cached eBay/Stripe OAuth status with a 10-second TTL to stop the inter-screen nav from feeling like dial-up. Unicorn Ecosystem got a massive doc drop: suite specs for identity, SSO, the ingest contract, app-dev onboarding, and handoff notes for every service.

Also today: uc-ops-center aligned the SKU registry to the seven-SKU model, uc-cloud added a Traefik route for Meeting-Ops federation, and I bumped versions across three repos because Friday deserves a release marker.

Sixty-three commits and the suite finally feels like one thing instead of five services that happen to share a domain.
