Project-Ops — schedule.

Saturday morning and I woke up thinking about autonomous compliance. I spent the day building Sentinel, the CPA daemon for accounting-ops. It's a full agent with 43 files of checks, approval aging, cash runway, COA coverage, connector health, filing deadlines, NOL carryforwards. It runs autonomous, watches the books, and flags what needs a human. I also updated the runbook to explain how it works.

The other big thing was the design overhaul across three repos. For contact-ops, I rebuilt the Review Queue on the v2 calm proposal row, added the Ask AI entry point with docked Analyst launcher, and promoted the v2 foundation with cinematic Login and Dashboard heroes. It's 500 to 800 lines per phase across about 20 files. For listing-ops, I did the same thing, migrated every view to the design system, locked the foundation, added a light theme with a toggle, and shipped v1.10.0. The lint debt cleanup alone was 25K lines rewritten.

In meeting-ops, the Founding 100 cohort mechanic landed, native password reset, landing CTA, support contact page, Stripe integration. That was 2K lines across auth, billing, and the frontend. I also shipped a hosted streamable-HTTP MCP endpoint at /mcp, fixed the PWA registration loop by disabling PWA in production, and routed /mcp directly to the backend to bypass oauth2-proxy. The alembic version overflow bug cost me a couple commits on v3.21.0, but it's sorted now.

For listing-ops, I did the same thing, migrated every view to the design system, locked the foundation, added a light theme with a toggle, and shipped v1.

Brigade federation was the through-line across everything. accounting-ops got a discovery manifest and JWT verifier, contact-ops got Brigade federation JWT verification, and project-ops got the same treatment. I wrote up the BRIGADE-FEDERATION-SPEC with RS256 locking and a stack-agnostic verifier note. Three repos, one spec.

The small things: accounting-ops got the Setup Assistant persona with a COA template library, the in-app Claude-style chat surface, 38 new MCP tools, an AI Activity timeline with Undo and Challenge, a 3-persona RBAC expansion, approval cluster-cards with singleton swipe UX, and wire-up of outbound mail through Stalwart to Postmark. Also fixed Traefik routing, a middleware 401 bug, and renumbered migrations to keep the chain linear.

Homegrow got its v1.0.0 interactive first-grow field guide with OG cards. Kevin Honeycutt's partnership project got an initial snapshot, 45 files of strategy docs and voice profiles.

Also today: drafting five review-ready deliverables for CPA, attorney, and SSDI rep; extending MU Inc's chart of accounts with 30 entity-specific accounts; connector audit notes.

82 commits across 8 repos on a Saturday. The daemon ships, the UI gets a face lift, and the federation layer holds together.
