Wednesday, May 20 was the meeting-ops day, and the headline was the Conference Room backend and frontend landing in one shot. Phase 1 gave me multi-room native infrastructure with a setup wizard, a detail page, internal auth between the room recorder and the backend, plus server-side room summary slices and live transcript/summary panes. I wired up satellite device secrets for WebSocket and state-mutating endpoint auth, killed a cross-org isolation leak, and ran cross-org integration tests across Qdrant and Postgres. The diarization toggle got threaded through the chunk pipeline, the pipeline status became dropdowns with Discard and New Session controls, and the always-on audio source picker finally ships with mic, tab, and combined options plus a simultaneous-recording guard. I cleaned up dead progressive agent code, fixed the recording service to stream VU meters with live transcripts, and eliminated the page-flash-on-refresh with localStorage hydration across rooms, sessions, and dashboard.
In listing-ops I cut a big multi-tenant wave. The schema groundwork went in first, then every INSERT started stamping tenant_id across the API and core, with an event-hook safety net for dev-hard and prod-soft behavior. I also shipped the Quick Listing flow where you drop photos, describe the item, and the agent fills the rest. The rest of the listing work filled out the surrounding features: diagnostics with background polling, history, three-strike alerts, and a Settings UI; per-integration liveness probes; bulk set-and-republish for shipping policy; sold-listing comps wired into the AI pricing reasoning; an analytics traffic-report date-format fix; the public marketing landing page; and an agent chat panel reskin from a floating modal into a right-docked sidebar.
uc-cloud got its trauma around traefik. I consolidated the router configs from a scattered home directory into the repo, removed orphan file-provider routes, and recovered a missing docker-compose that had gone missing. A couple of minor hygiene commits for docker-compose and gitignore wrapped it up.

The ecosystem doc got a tiny correction to the cross-brand proxy pattern. That's it for the last repo.
Also today I wrote up the screen-recording design doc, fixed a Pyannote memory leak with inference mode wrapping and periodic cache clears, and documented a freight-shipping near-miss.
Fifty-seven commits across four repos, and the Conference Room backend finally exists as a real thing instead of a design doc.
