It was a Sunday that demanded two distinct flavors of attention. One half was a fire drill for listing-ops, the other was the slow, satisfying grind of building a mobile experience for uc-meeting-ops.
The listing-ops story started with a hard reset. I had to build a backup and recovery tool for the photos after a wipe incident on May 17. That was the anchor. Once I had the recovery script and the backup shell in place, I could tackle the ghosts. Cached 404s were still haunting the photo routers, so I cleaned those up to ensure the wipe aftermath didn't leave broken links for users.
With the data safe, I turned to the feature work. The payout system got a significant upgrade. I added support for payout fees and receipts, chat scroll fix, message timestamps, which required changes across the API, the database models, and the new PayoutsView in the web app. I also fixed the chat scroll behavior and ensured message timestamps were accurate. This wasn't just a quick patch; it was a full feature drop that touched thirteen files and added over 800 lines.

Authentication also needed tightening. I implemented a full Keycloak sign-out flow and infinity reference. I also polished the chat experience, ensuring that pressing Enter sends messages in both chats.
Behind the scenes, I spent time on the infrastructure and documentation. I audited our model lineup and inference capacity, documenting the results. The MTP win on the 27B dense model was a highlight, showing a 46% improvement over MoE baselines. I also refined the llama-server tuning matrix, comparing single-stream and Q4 versus Q6 quality findings. This work was critical for understanding our current limits and planning future optimizations.
On the uc-meeting-ops side, the focus was entirely on mobile. I built a mobile shell for session details and a sortable desktop data table for sessions. The mobile recorder became installable as a PWA, which meant generating icons, updating the manifest, and configuring the nginx and docker setups. This was a big lift, touching sixteen files and adding over 6,000 lines.
I also refactored the settings page, splitting the massive SettingsEnhanced component into lazy-loaded sections for AI, audio, network, performance, and more. This should make the settings page much faster to load and easier to maintain.
Session management got some nice upgrades too. I added a summary preview on list view + speaker_count from API and per-session free-form tags + multi-tag filter chips. I also fixed a few bugs, including a 500 error on enroll-speaker and a missing metrics card.
The diarization service got a performance tweak. I stopped pyannote warmup from monopolizing P40 memory and matched the Meeting Minutes Mac stack for speaker services. I also added a batched chunked transcription feature for parakeet, though it’s defaulting to off until we can manage GPU memory better. I enabled fp16 precision for the RTX 3060 and pointed the STT and diarization services at the new midboy2 hardware.
Also today: I bumped the listing-ops version to 1.1.7 and uc-meeting-ops to 0.2.0, releasing a collaboration suite and intelligence features for the former, and a mobile-first shell for the latter.
The day balanced urgent recovery with deliberate feature building, leaving both systems more resilient and more usable.
