Monday started with a singular mission: make ops-center look and act like it belongs to us, not some generic template. The PublicLanding dashboard needed a full rewire, and while I was in there, I brought the runtime branding from deploy/commander along for the ride. It was a lot of moving parts. Twelve files changed just to get the login flow to respect tenant branding and the sidebar to read the right colors. I had to fix the authentication redirect so unauthenticated users land on a branded login page instead of a plain Keycloak screen. It sounds small, but it’s the difference between a tool and a product.
The real work, though, was federation. I spent half the day untangling the tier-1 inference gateway and wiring the federation config sync into uchub-litellm via the API. That litellm_config_sync.py file took a beating. I rewrote the UI for hardware and LLM management to reflect the new federation-driven state. It was a massive diff, swapping out over two thousand lines of old admin UI for something that actually talks to the backend correctly. I had to wrap the /topology endpoint in a strict federation check, too, because leaving it open was just asking for trouble.
I also backported a handful of admin page fixes from deploy/commander. Five pages got attention: Federation Service Catalog, RAG Services, System Audit Log, and a few others. I fixed the Cloudflare DNS zone loading, cleaned up the billing data endpoints, and made the routers.uuda import optional so the server doesn’t choke if it’s missing. It’s the kind of maintenance that doesn’t show up in a demo but keeps the lights on.

Over in listing-ops, I did a UI polish round. Filters, search, sort, inline actions, empty states. It’s all there now. The AgentPanel and ListingDetail components finally feel finished.
The uc-meeting-ops repo saw a different kind of day. I added a media upload pipeline, complete with drag-and-drop overlays and a triage modal. It’s 1689 of new code, but it’s necessary. I also migrated the remaining LLM call sites to the ProviderRegistry, which makes the codebase cleaner and easier to test. Multi-agent chat is now federated into the AI Chat panel, so Brigade agents can actually talk to users. I fixed the RAG chat to handle empty Qdrant collections gracefully, and routed embeddings to midboy1 infinity via environment variables.
uc-cloud was mostly infra. I tracked the uchub-litellm and bigboy-litellm config files, adding READMEs and systemd services. It’s boring work, but it’s the foundation that lets the rest of this stuff run.
Also today: I rebuilt the admin frontend assets and fixed a few import errors that were causing the server to start slowly. I don’t like slow starts.
The day added up to a much more cohesive ops-center. It’s no longer a patchwork of backports and fixes. It’s a unified dashboard that respects branding, handles federation correctly, and actually loads the admin pages without crashing.
