It was a day of repositioning. I spent the morning untangling the messaging for the entire studio ecosystem The goal was simple: stop talking about features and start talking about the work.
The big move was on majiks.studio. I restructured the homepage to lead with magic instead of the usual moat talk. It was a heavy lift, touching thirteen files and shifting hundreds of lines of markup. I wanted the visitor to feel the product before they read the specs. I also overhauled the marketing copy to tell the full ecosystem story. I named the competitors, added visual product cards, and clarified the pricing. It is easier to sell a suite when you show how the pieces fit together.
I also had to fix the privacy messaging. There is a real difference between cloud processing and local generation, and I was not going to let users guess which one they were getting. I updated the layout, the privacy page, and the footer to make it clear that users choose where their audio lives. It is a small change in the code, but it changes the conversation. I also refined the training comparison row after digging into the terms of service. Accuracy matters more than marketing flair here.

On the product side, majiks-music-studio-pro got a solid v1.9.1 release. I unified the chat model so the AI feels more consistent across sessions. I added resizable lyrics because cramped text is a nightmare when you are trying to mix. I also polished the publisher queue and hardened the security on the backend. The Swift and Python code both got some love to make sure the app stays fast and reliable.
I did some light lifting on majiks.online as well. I normalized the API to accept both camelCase and snake_case on PATCH writes. It is one of those small annoyances that causes headaches for developers, so fixing it now saves time later. I also bumped the version for the dual-audience platform.
The unicorncommander site got a fresh coat of paint with a new Powers section and a Magic Unicorn badge. I added cross-links to the other products to make sure people can find their way around the whole stack. I also shipped updates for the Player and Broadcaster, bringing them up to v0.3.0 and v1.1.0 respectively.
It was not a day of building new engines from scratch. It was a day of aligning the ship. The code is cleaner, the messaging is clearer, and the products are talking to each other better. I am happy with how the studio feels now. It is ready for whatever comes next.
