Unicorn Brigade — orchestration.

Friday started with a clean sweep. I spent the morning on uc-home-ops, laying the foundation for our local infrastructure. It began with an initial commit that brought in the architecture, licensing, and the core deployment scripts. We are officially at v1.0.0 for the home ops setup. The real win, though, was adding the submodules. I pulled in Ops-Center, Brigade, Amanuensis, and Orator. This ties our voice models and agent framework directly into the local stack. It is simple, it is clean, and it works.

With the ops layer solid, I shifted focus to uc-cloud. The big story here was cleaning up the git history. I removed 5,707 build artifacts that had been accidentally tracked. That is nearly 100,000 lines of deletion. It felt good to see the repo size shrink and the history become readable again. It was a necessary chore, but one that pays off in speed and sanity.

Then came the heavy lifting. I added GPU inference infrastructure to uc-cloud. This involved setting up the Infinity proxy, updating the docker-compose files, and configuring the monitoring stack with Prometheus and Grafana. We are now ready to run models locally with proper observability. It is a solid base for the AI work we are pushing forward.

With the ops layer solid, I shifted focus to uc-cloud.

The other major arc was the login experience. I completed the Keycloak uc1-pro login theme. This was a detailed job involving sixteen files, from the login forms to the error handling and CSS. I added the Colonel logo and updated the English properties. The goal was to make the authentication flow feel native to our brand, not like a default corporate portal. The error states are now handled gracefully, and the user feedback is clear.

In unicorn-brigade, I fixed a persistent issue with the LLM responses. The httpx library was failing to handle gzip compression correctly, resulting in empty responses. I patched the ops-center client to resolve this. It is a small fix, but it stops the frustration of silent failures. I also updated the default models to Claude and fixed a compatibility issue with passlib and bcrypt. These are the maintenance tasks that keep the system reliable.

Also today: I added Zep and FalkorDB to the Brigade stack for memory management, and I updated the CLAUDE.md documentation with the February 2026 Brigade memory system update.

The day added up to a stable, clean, and observable infrastructure. We have the ops layer, the GPU setup, and the polished login flow. The foundation is set.
