Monday, February 9, 2026. 24 commits across 5 repos. This was one of those days where a single feature ripples through everything.
The headline is crisis-management-ops going from single-user demo to something multiple people can actually use. I spent the day de-hardcoding every frontend page for multiuser support. That is a lot of pages. The diff added 2,064 lines and removed 1,098 across 15 files, from the Layout component down through ActionItems, CaseFiles, Dashboard, Documents, and the DocumentViewer. I also fixed evidence viewing paths and cleaned up data inconsistencies in the seed script. The whole thing got rebranded as "Crisis Ops" with a proper logo and favicon along the way. Started from a massive initial commit of over half a million lines, then shaped it into something usable.
On the ops-center side, I was chasing billing and auth issues that kept popping up. Switched billing auth to use Redis-backed sessions, fixed email extraction and Stripe customer lookup in the payment methods layer, and added founder_friend to the valid tiers list. The frontend needed a rebuild after all these changes. I am not going to pretend looking at a 51,000-line vendor bundle diff felt productive. It did not. I also tore out ten dead page components that had been sitting there collecting dust, restructured the navigation, and built out a monitoring tools page and a revenue dashboard. Added an infrastructure setup script that should make deployment less hand-wavy.

unicorn-brigade got some production deployment fixes. Pinned dependencies, removed a duplicate index, cleaned up build args. The kind of stuff that only shows up when something actually works and you realize it was barely holding together.
uc-cloud got an interactive installer script and a Brigade docs update. The ops-center submodule was bumped twice to pick up the infrastructure script and the frontend rebuild. Standard chain-reaction stuff.
majiks-music-studio-pro got a complete v0.2-alpha Phase 1 with session management, UX polish, and critical fixes across 84 files. Also added the v0.2 roadmap. The project went from a v0.1-alpha initial commit to a full session management layer in a single day.
Also today: adding M365 email config, updating Cloudflare credentials and Lago API keys, improving the Colonel skill executor with safety and memory dependency changes, and writing enough documentation to fill a small book.
The day added up to crisis ops actually being multiuser, billing auth finally working, and ops-center shedding a bunch of dead weight.
