Ops-Center — admin command dashboard.

Friday, 2026-01-30. Eleven commits across four repos. A spread-out day.

The headline was ops-center. I did the admin UI work that had been cooking for a while, hitting phases four and five with visual polish components, then wrapped up a complete information architecture refactor. The backup commit landed before the refactor, which is the kind of insurance that makes you sleep better. Also added configurable billing settings, credit-exempt tiers, and Claude model ID mappings for the new Opus and Sonnet variants. The billing docs got updated too. That's the arc: polish what ships, make the admin panel actually look like something a human would click through.

multistate-retirement-leads was the biggest commit by raw line count. User management, permissions, and a major UI overhaul. Eighty-three files. That's a real reshaping of the platform. I pushed the whole thing as a single feature commit. The backend got auth hooks, new routers for app users, assignments, and CRM operations. The frontend got the corresponding updates. It's the kind of commit that makes sense as a milestone.

I pushed the whole thing as a single feature commit.

mantisshrimp kept its own rhythm. Two version commits in one day. v1.3 brought a chat-first architecture with the CEO/Workflow Engine. v1.4 followed with enhanced execution visibility. Fifteen files changed in the second one, including the chat worker, the workflow engine, and the client chat tab. The README got updated twice. That's a lot of velocity for a Friday, but it landed clean.

magic-unicorn-outreach was the quietest. Enabled Texas discovery in the scheduler and added a Granite LLM provider. Six files, a straightforward feature add. Sometimes you just turn on something that was already built and move on.

What stuck with me is the admin UI work on ops-center. The IA refactor touched sixteen files. The Phase 4-5 polish added breadcrumbs, empty states, a loading overlay, and stats cards. The SubscriptionManagement page got the same treatment. It's easy to write a commit message that says "visual polish" and mean nothing. But those components are what make the admin panel feel less like a spreadsheet and more like a place.

The multistate-retirement-leads commit was its own kind of satisfaction. Eighty-three files is a lot of ground to cover. User management and permissions are the boring infrastructure work that nobody asks for until they need it, then everyone needs them at once.

Ended with Granite in the outreach scheduler and model mappings updated for the new Claude releases. A spread-out Friday across four repos, but each one moved forward on its own terms.
