Friday was a building day. I spent the morning standing up the Citizens Medical Center demo site in CMC-Demo, spinning up an entire Next.js project with doctor profiles, services, and screenshots for the README. Docker was already configured with a Dockerfile and compose file so it could actually run somewhere. I went back and forth on the screenshots a couple of times, removing them, adding them back, then settling on the final set.

The bigger chunk of the day was CA Retirement Leads. I built out the full backend for the Executive Brief presentation site, which ended up as twenty-one thousand lines across ninety files. That's the API, the database layer, the models, and all the routers for companies, contacts, data quality, exports, ingestion, leads, and the scheduler. It's positioned as the honest version, not the polished marketing veneer.

I also kicked off Magic Unicorn Syndication Analyzer, another fresh repo with a frontend and modules for FRED integration, PDF generation, sensitivity analysis, and syndicated deal integration. Monte Carlo stuff in there too. It's a brand new project, initial commit only, but the skeleton is solid.

I built out the full backend for the Executive Brief presentation site, which ended up as twenty-one thousand lines across ninety files.

On the multistate-retirement-leads side I added Serper.dev search and Playwright scraping. Three files changed, two hundred and twenty-nine lines added. The enrichment CLI now pulls live data instead of relying on static inputs.

Also today: ca-retirement-leads got the presentation site with all the backend infrastructure, and I cleaned up the CMC-Demo README formatting with proper badges instead of the old CDATA wrapper.

Nine commits across four repos by Friday evening. Nothing flashy, just four projects moving forward at once. The demo site is ready to show, the syndication analyzer has a working frontend, the retirement leads pipeline now scrapes the web, and the CA backend is built out enough to be useful.
