Wednesday was the kind of day where infrastructure gets in your face early. The Adora site's Traefik entrypoint had gone sideways, and I spent the morning fixing the routing configuration. It's always the docker-compose.yaml that hides the simplest mistake, but the fix stuck, and the site started behaving again.
Over on the outreach tool, I built out data import and export scripts, plus a batch of LLM enrichment improvements across the discovery router and provider layer. The goal was straightforward: make it easy to move lead data in and out without juggling half a dozen manual steps. Nine files shifted, about 500 lines of new code, and now there's a clean path for bulk operations instead of the old point-by-point workflow. The enrichment side got tidied up too, with cleaner provider handling in the background.
The Magic Unicorn tech site got some visual cleanup. I added platform logos, pulled out Google Analytics, and started prepping the app for React Router v7. Fifteen files touched, mostly in the build tooling and assets. The CLAUDE.md got updated to reflect the new architecture notes. It's routine maintenance, but the router migration was overdue and doing it now means less friction later.

And then there was the model testing note in multistate-retirement-leads, where I corrected the comparison docs: local Granite actually beats GPT-4o-mini on the workloads we're running. That was a genuine surprise, and the README got updated to match. It's a good reminder that the open-source options are getting serious, even for folks who've been assuming API models always win.
Four repos, four separate arcs. Nothing earth-shattering on any single one, but each one nudged things forward. Also today: the usual cycle of things breaking in Docker, things needing better scripts, and things that could use a good look.
What it added up to: a solid mid-pack day. The infrastructure work is done, the data tool got its missing pieces, the site got prettier and leaner, and the model results might change how we think about local inference going forward.
